Great pasta - ordered two bags, so far cooked opne and, it's hollow. As I get older I eat more farro or sour krout rather than pasta but ordered this to try and yeah, very pleasant. One bag would easily feed three normal eaters and I'll probably break the second bag into three inch long pieces served under melted cheese and hot peppers. ... show more

I have been trying premium Italian pastas for the past couple of years. I have used Rao's fettuccine and it is very good. I just tried the spaghetti. I have to say it is the best I've had. I paired it with sauce made from fresh Roma tomatoes and it was amazing. Definitely recommend.
