I have been eating this product for over a year. I follow WW way of eating this fits right in nicely! Replaces rice which is 6 points per cup to 2 points for 2 cups using this product . The taste is really good!

Five stars for taste, fast cook. I am confused regarding the hype. As far as I could determine with the help only, of AI, it's only 6 grams less carbs than regular pasta. I was VERY disappointed that you can only find the value of 2 grams of UNCOOKED pasta. NO specific information for COOKED pasta. It woud SEEM that a serving as with any pasta, that one cup equals one serving. It would make much more sense for the value of the COOKED product to be specified by the manufacturer. Otherwise, very good. As per reviews, I cooked longer (7 minutes) than the recommended 4 minutes. Reminds me of the homemade kluski my grandmother used to make for chicken soup. I would have given 5 stars IF THE AMOUNT/QUANTITY OF ONE SERVING OF COOKED PRODUCT WAS PROVIDED. ... show more
