I LOVE this harness booster seat. No crazy chemical smells out of the box, its pretty easy to put in besides its weight. It is very heavy but it makes it seem sturdy which I like. So far it seems well made and I really enjoy that it can sit up and recline. My little one loves it too. I went with this model because my 4 yr old is technically big enough for a booster but shes so young still I wasn't ready to put her in one. The 5 point harness option was the deciding factor not to mention we've used chicco carseats her entire life. They were also the most affordable highest rated crash test from my research. (I can't spend $800 on one car seat but I'll gladly spend $250 on this one.) It's versatile and seems safe. Love this car seat/ booster. Also we've had it for a few months now and it's held up beautifully so far. Haven't washed the cover yet but I did on our old chicco zip n wash. If its anything like that one it will be just fine when it needs cleaning. My daughter loves it too. She says its comfy.

Our girls were 7 and 8. Their 5 point car seat still fit, but I thought they were too old for a baby car seat. Their pediatrician said I should have kept them as she used to work in a hospital and seen what happens to children in severe car accidents. We had a trip coming up long distance. Our girls are now 8 and 9. These are rated up for up to 110 pounds I believe. They are so comfy and come with cup holders. They have the extra strap in the back to lock the seat in tight. So comfy for naps and resting their head while keeping it in a safe position. 6 hours each way and no complaints. We have a peace of mind knowing our girls are as safe as can be. Especially the way people are driving in our area now-a-days. Their doctor was happy with our purchase.

Chicco has been my go-to for car seats. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. So much so that I even convinced my sister she needed the same seat. This is easier than most to install because it gets tight without having to use every ounce of your strength. I thought black would absorb heat but it really doesn’t so it stays cool when it’s in the hot car. We’ve traveled with it and it’s not this massive, overweight thing to carry. It’s lightweight (compared to most other brands). It feels safe too. Sturdy and you can just tell it has great quality. It was also super easy to switch from harness to high back booster. I love that it has compartments to store the harness straps away so we don’t have to completely dismantle the thing to get the harness off. The cup holders folding in has been way more helpful than I thought too. Didn’t understand why we needed that feature until I tried to install another car seat next to this. Okay, got it now! I will never go back. It will be chicco for me from here on out.

We absolutely love this car seat. Our 3 year old son struggled in his convertible car seat because of the strap positioning needing to be above his shoulders. He is pretty tall for his age. This car seat is easy for him to get into independently and is comfortable. He never complains about the straps hurting or the buckle being uncomfortable. He falls asleep easily in it and is still in proper position. The cup holders are easy for him to reach!

I spent a long time looking for a booster seat that would accommodate my smaller nearly 6-year-old and this was a perfect fit. Being that my son is short for his age, I was concerned switching him over to a booster since they usually sit lower to the seat. I wanted to feel that he was sitting higher up like he had been in his carseat while also feeling that he was protected on the sides of the seat. This is the most effective, high-quality booster I could find after a good deal of research. It sits him higher up, the sides cocoon him enough to make me feel that he’d be safely protected in an accident, and he is still able to buckle himself in and use the cupholders with no issue.

These were a great price on sale AND non toxic! I needed boosters to safely and easily transport my grandkids. After switching their boosters from the other car, this was a welcome change. This model installs quickly and I like that the anchor system keeps the booster in place when the kids aren’t in them. The kids say they are comfortable and the height adjusts very quickly.

Very impressed with this seat. The quality of the construction is great and the fabric is very nice! I also bought the Britax click tight to compare and the construction of the headrest on the Britax is so flimsy. The Chicco headrest is far superior. This seat is very sturdy, clicks in tight. Only worry is that my one child is large so it may be slightly narrow for him in a year or two. But it is great overall and feels safe. I definitely recommend this fabric as well compared to the ones without the ClearTex. I was happy that the seat was manufactured in March 2025 - some other seats I’ve ordered were over a year old!
