Color was everything I got the green one! It is shorter then I had thought. But over all a great couch for the price!! If you can’t get a super expensive couch this one works just as well. It’s firm but still comfortable. And it was also really easy to build! Took about 30-45 mins with two people building it. Love it! As an added bonus it came days early in 4 different boxes.

First, did research read/watched review videos and photos. It’s first couch purchased online and in16yrs so I spent time looking. Had budget and choose green corduroy L shaped. The couch is very good quality. Easy to put together (by myself). Paired with 4 feather coordinated pillows. And added Turstin 5.7 inch legs (purchased on Amazon) as wanted added height. They screwed in easily and love the height (@3.5 vs 5.7 inches). Couch is very comfortable and will soften more over time- really a pretty couch, well made. Now for the cons- shipping errors were a real nightmare. 3/4 boxes arrived but reportedly FedEx lost 4th box (couch arms and sm pillows). Literally for about month FedEx packages sent to NJ and Maryland not to Georgia. I even notified of incorrect delivery address before due dates but still had mis- deliveries. Made numerous texts to Chic House thru Amazon app. Called FedEx but they said contact Chic House. Chic House (based in China) customer service responded within 24 hrs each time and were apologetic and responsive. Called amazon customer service numerous times and they messaged thru Amazon app portal to assist. Amazon let chic house lead resolving issues but I’m confident Amazon would have refunded quickly if not addressed. I will request refund of shipping cost due to a month of hassles waiting at house for notified delivery time slots, taking time to accept numerous fedex shipments which never came. We’ll see if that happens. Amazon has exceptional customer service in my experience. Chic House customer service was very helpful, respectful and responded within a day. In the end I’m pleased with couch, reasonably priced- pretty and well made (wood and metal frame). Similar couches cost double or more. Just be sure you get 4 packages not 3. And track shipping closely, make sure it’s correct info. Would’ve given 3 stars due to shipping errors but really like couch and Chic House customer service was very responsive, so 4 stars. Without shipping problems would’ve been 5 stars.

As you see in the pic, I literally just assembled it. It was very easy and straightforward and they give you all the necessary tools. It seems very sturdy, and my family is large sized so we will definitely test that part out. The bottom cushions are firm, and the back ones are somewhat thin, but again, I just unwrapped it. I love the fabric, and as someone who has 4 cats, 1 dog, a teenager and a disabled family member, I hope this will be washable! I will cover it with many throws and probably get a cover for it, but I'm pleased with the purchase. The shipment came faster than quoted, but it shipped from Savannah and I'm just 3 hours from there so that probably isn't typical. I will update this review as time goes by, but I do think this is a good purchase.

Does it look like a $2000 couch? No. But is it a great deal for $500. Hell yeah! The back of the couch is really the only place visually you can tell that this is a cheaper couch. The couch is pretty firm even after a couple months, so I wouldn’t sleep on it, but it’s overall pretty comfy. The storage in the ottoman is pretty awesome and I often forget it’s there. I wish there was maybe some Velcro on the side of the cushions so they would stay together better. My only major request is they bring back selling the individual light grey ottoman so I can buy it!

I wish I could give this couch zero stars! The quality is absolutely abysmal—I've seen better craftsmanship at department stores that sell groceries, and for a fraction of the price. Within days, the cushions were flat, the fabric started pilling, and the overall structure felt flimsy and cheap. But the nightmare didn’t stop there. The return process was a complete scam. The seller made it nearly impossible to return the couch, throwing up every obstacle imaginable until I had to get Amazon involved just to get my money back. Save yourself the headache! This couch isn’t worth the money or the stress. Spend your hard-earned cash elsewhere!

You can order with confidence from Chic House Furniture - it's rare that you find such kind and prompt and helpful customer service - top notch! We love the couch, and we ordered some pieces to customize which all worked out very well - in fact, I think we will order another piece! The pieces arrived in many separate packages over a total period of three days. Amazon only displays a single tracking number, but Chic House actually has all of the separate tracking numbers. Delivery was with FedEx. Items were packaged well, and assembly was easy. The quality is very nice, fabric is soft to the touch, cushions are sturdy. The whole family loves the new couch!
