This couch is beautiful, and we absolutely love it. It's huge, it fits my whole family of 6 with so much room. I love that it's modular, so you can move it around to different positions if you want L shape or U shape or one giant big bed, it's amazing. It's comfortable once the cushions fully expand their Nice and firm. it's easy to put together. It does come in 7 boxes. So mine came on two different days, I got three boxes, one day and four boxes another and then we put it all together.And boom, we had a nice, big, beautiful couch that would have cost me so much more money.Had we gone to a store and gotten one this size.

I love this couch! Correct, it is kinda low. I'm 5'1" tall so this world is not built for me to sit with my feet on the ground. But, this is MY house! It is firm yet yielding, comfortable to sit and lounge and easy to assemble and rearrange. All by myself. I did add taller legs (half inch), but only because the new legs are skinny allowing me more range to move the end table. I love the corduroy fabric, it cleans up easily and the color is unique and gorgeous. I bought on prime day, but even at full price this couch is worth every penny. Plus, the customer service is the gold standard for what all companies SHOULD STILL OFFER.

First, did research read/watched review videos and photos. It’s first couch purchased online and in16yrs so I spent time looking. Had budget and choose green corduroy L shaped. The couch is very good quality. Easy to put together (by myself). Paired with 4 feather coordinated pillows. And added Turstin 5.7 inch legs (purchased on Amazon) as wanted added height. They screwed in easily and love the height (@3.5 vs 5.7 inches). Couch is very comfortable and will soften more over time- really a pretty couch, well made. Now for the cons- shipping errors were a real nightmare. 3/4 boxes arrived but reportedly FedEx lost 4th box (couch arms and sm pillows). Literally for about month FedEx packages sent to NJ and Maryland not to Georgia. I even notified of incorrect delivery address before due dates but still had mis- deliveries. Made numerous texts to Chic House thru Amazon app. Called FedEx but they said contact Chic House. Chic House (based in China) customer service responded within 24 hrs each time and were apologetic and responsive. Called amazon customer service numerous times and they messaged thru Amazon app portal to assist. Amazon let chic house lead resolving issues but I’m confident Amazon would have refunded quickly if not addressed. I will request refund of shipping cost due to a month of hassles waiting at house for notified delivery time slots, taking time to accept numerous fedex shipments which never came. We’ll see if that happens. Amazon has exceptional customer service in my experience. Chic House customer service was very helpful, respectful and responded within a day. In the end I’m pleased with couch, reasonably priced- pretty and well made (wood and metal frame). Similar couches cost double or more. Just be sure you get 4 packages not 3. And track shipping closely, make sure it’s correct info. Would’ve given 3 stars due to shipping errors but really like couch and Chic House customer service was very responsive, so 4 stars. Without shipping problems would’ve been 5 stars.

I love this couch. It looks so good and is easy to put together. The ottoman can hold about 4 really thick blankets which is nice and handy. It’s so comfortable, my friends went and bought one for their house after trying mine out! The company’s customer service is great too. I had a part on one of the arm rests break after about 5 months of owning it, and after contacting them, they sent me a new one free of charge. I definitely recommend this couch and would buy it again.

I bought three separate CHIC HOUSE modular furniture sets: the beige 4-seater couch (3 seats plus an ottoman), the beige 7 seater L-shaped sectional (6 seats plus an ottoman), and the gray 4 seater couch. I put the beige couch on the riser in my theater room and used its ottoman with the L-shaped sectional on the floor. Now I have comfy seating for at least 9 people! I added gold throw pillows for a pop of color and to match the room decor. I purchased additional arms for the gray couch and separated the pieces into a chair and loveseat for another small sitting area in my house. Shipping was prompt, packaging was great, and assembly was a breeze with easy-to-follow instructions. I was able to unbox and easily move each piece into place myself for assembly. In the 15(!) boxes I received, there was only ONE set of felt protectors missing, which I didn't need anyway. These couches obviously aren't high-end furniture, but the fabric seems sturdy enough. The furniture looks great and is extremely comfortable. I'd like to see more color options in the sectional, such as brown and navy, but the colors I chose look nice. Great value for the price! Highly recommend!

This sectional is great cushions do not move around the sectional stays together does not come apart it is so nice i love it love the material which is like a corduroy the back cushions does stay in place!

The color and texture is great, as well as the ease of assembly, but the cushions keep slipping forward and look stretched after anyone sits on them. The seats are also just too shallow for a good cuddle. It’s definitely a sit still couch which doesn't work well in a household with children that want to jump around and be all up in your business during movie nights Decent for the price, but I’d suggest saving your money for something a bit bigger and sturdier if you have a family

Recently bought a house with my partner and we needed something simple to help furnish the place. I'm sure we will upgrade to a fancy couch in the future, but for the time being this is perfect. The couch was easy to put together and super comfortable to sit on. The only downside is that we both wished there was more cushion on the back but we will be getting pillows anyway that will help with this. Get this couch esp if it's on sale if you're looking to just furnish your new apartment or home
