They are extremely quick to respond, incredibly polite, professional, friendly, helpful, understanding. They make sure customer satisfaction is a top priority. By far the BEST customer service experience I’ve had in years. In addition, we’ve only had our furniture for days now, but were incredibly impressed with the quality given the price. The corduroy is like a velvety soft plush version, colorful to what you see in listing. The construction is solid, the pieces were extremely easy to put together. The cushions do fill out fully after a few days. We found the height actually perfect, and were a tall family. I love this couch! Correct, it is kinda low. I'm 5'1" tall so this world is not built for me to sit with my feet on the ground. But, this is MY house! It is firm yet yielding, comfortable to sit and lounge and easy to assemble and rearrange. All by myself. I did add taller legs (half inch), but only because the new legs are skinny allowing me more range to move the end table. I love the corduroy fabric, it cleans up easily and the color is unique and gorgeous. I bought on prime day, but even at full price this couch is worth every penny. Plus, the customer service is the gold standard for what all companies SHOULD STILL OFFER.

As most people do, I did a lot of research diving into reviews before getting this couch, and with everything I read it's as expected. TLDR: Do your research and this couch won't leave you suprised! It's comfortable, cute, and great for a couch under 1,000 dollars. Longer review below. The shipping was not scary, it just had to be delivered across multiple boxes and multiple trips so it took about a week to recieve everything, but obviously given the photos it all got to me! I purchased this in July of 2025 and it is now January 2026, the wear on the couch is evident. The first two pictures were taken in January and the last was back when it was first opened. As you can see, the back pillows have been given love, but it doesn't make this couch any less comfortable. The bad? The back is quite short, so you will need to sit farther down to get any neck support. When put in bed mode (the reason I purchased the 6 seater), the cushions will slide apart in the middle and create uneveness for the sleeper. The seats that are supposed to have the ottomans in front of them have black felt, as seen in the 2nd picture of my review, and while I don't notice it much, it still doesn't look the best if you want to have the ottomans in a different position. And if you have hardwood floors, a rug is a must in order for the ottomans to not slide away when you rest your feet/legs on them. The good? Everything else! Super cute, comfortable, easy to assemble, all of it. I'm glad I got it, and I think I made a good choice when shopping for an entire couch on a budget. :)

Love it so much it’s very comfy I was very scared ordering a couch of Amazon but I came within 3 days super easy to assemble. My cats love it. It’s a perfect size for me, the height is perfect for me I’m 5’5 for reference. It very firm it even has springs in it super soft though. And it’s easy to more around we needed. It has good support not problem with anything so far. If your needed a simple first couch I highly recommend this option!

Recently bought a house with my partner and we needed something simple to help furnish the place. I'm sure we will upgrade to a fancy couch in the future, but for the time being this is perfect. The couch was easy to put together and super comfortable to sit on. The only downside is that we both wished there was more cushion on the back but we will be getting pillows anyway that will help with this. Get this couch esp if it's on sale if you're looking to just furnish your new apartment or home

I bought three separate CHIC HOUSE modular furniture sets: the beige 4-seater couch (3 seats plus an ottoman), the beige 7 seater L-shaped sectional (6 seats plus an ottoman), and the gray 4 seater couch. I put the beige couch on the riser in my theater room and used its ottoman with the L-shaped sectional on the floor. Now I have comfy seating for at least 9 people! I added gold throw pillows for a pop of color and to match the room decor. I purchased additional arms for the gray couch and separated the pieces into a chair and loveseat for another small sitting area in my house. Shipping was prompt, packaging was great, and assembly was a breeze with easy-to-follow instructions. I was able to unbox and easily move each piece into place myself for assembly. In the 15(!) boxes I received, there was only ONE set of felt protectors missing, which I didn't need anyway. These couches obviously aren't high-end furniture, but the fabric seems sturdy enough. The furniture looks great and is extremely comfortable. I'd like to see more color options in the sectional, such as brown and navy, but the colors I chose look nice. Great value for the price! Highly recommend!

The couch is nice and easy to pout together, it came in four boxes. Its a lot smaller than expected as in the pillow size where you sit. you cant really sit and relax comfortably, you have to sit upright or your butt will scoot off the front of the couch. And yes I did read the description with the measurements but the measurements on where you sit is deceiving.
