I only received 85 out of the 100 buttons I was supposed to get with the machine, and some of them were bent like this when I got them out of the box.

Sorry to have to write this review. It worked ok in the beginning but has failed ever since. Nothing but frustrating and the company is of no help. I have spent a lot of money on supplies for this machine costing me a small fortune because this machine does not work properly. I hate giving bad review.....but in this instance.....don't waste your money. There are button machines out there for less money that work better.

Circle cutter was delivered broken and looks like there’s a piece missing anyway but don’t know where to ask for a replacement. Paper that came with product was folded and bent up and could never go through a printer

The first one I purchased, I returned. Did not work properly. Supposed to come ready to use. Messed up more buttons than came with machine. Top deck fell off from machine first use. 2nd Machine just as bad. Will make 10 buttons it makes then unit malfunctions. So not worth the money. Do Not Buy!
