These patches are an unexpected solution to "save" your bras and extend the life of a favorite one. They are really cushiony and protect your skin effectively from the poking of an exposed underwire. Unfortunately, they won't last too long because Ibelieve they will get unglued eventually, perhaps during washing. A couple of suggestions: Push the exposed wire back in as much as possible. You can do this by squeezing and sliding the fabric along the underwire until it gets to see at or as close as possible as its original position was. Once you have the wire flush to the fabric, remove the backing from the heart shaped patch and position it in such a way that one half of the heart shape faces the front of the bra and the other wraps around the edge, make sure the little hole from where the underwire was coming out is fully covered. Because the glue didn't seem too strong, I pressed the patch molding it around the shapes of the bra, to ensure the adhesive gets in contact with fabric on both sides; then, I placed clothespins around it to secure it even more and left it sit overnight (sometimes these kinds of glues stick better if you leave them in contact and undisturbed for a couple of hours. The result is great: the patch is so cushiony that you don't feel the wire poking anymore, and also makes that end of the bra even softer and more comfy on your skin. It is super easy to apply and very, very comfortable solution. A recommendation for the manufacturer would be to make sure you use a super potent glue. Not sure whether this little patch will survive more than one wash, but it certainly extends the life of a favorite rba and makes it super comfortable. Very convenient and inexpensive solution!

I'm going to start off with 5 stars here because these little hearts are made of a pretty tough fabric - it's both soft and flexible so it isn't really noticeable at all on your skin. And it's not easy to rip. The thing that I'm most happy to see is that the adhesive on these is veeerry sticky - position carefully! On my repair, I actually cut one of the hearts in half, because I really didn't think I needed too much patch. I stuck it down hard before wearing the bra, and it lasted all day. The real test is when I do the laundry - I can wash bras in a fine woven mesh bag on delicate - I will return to update the results! Am fully expecting the patch to last at least a few washes, and the price is in line with other kits of the same type so it's a good value so far. **UPDATE** After washing as I mentioned before, the patch was very much intact and should survive at least a few more washes! Very happy with these patches!

Didn't stay stuck on even for a full day on the first bra I tried to repair. We'll see if it works on the next one but I have doubts, especially with them staying on through laundering.

These are nice to keep in your purse or glove box for the inevitable day when your wire starts poking out, or poking you! It's an emergency item that completely represents "IYKYK". These are better options than pulling one wire out and being lopsided all day!!

I ordered these pads in the 6-pack black/white/brown combo. They were very soft and easy to use. I did have to go back to the site to make sure that I was using them correctly since no instructions were included. They worked great to hide underwire that was poking through. Well until the first wash... Then they were useless, bunched up, and hard to remove. Not a fa of the durability. They serve as a good temporary fix but nothing permanent.

I purchased these hoping to give my favorite, well-worn “service” bra one last hurrah after the underwire finally poked through. You know the kind of bra that really should have been retired ages ago, but you just can't let go. First impressions were great! These patches are super cute and soft. They come in a little pouch, which was definitely a thoughtful touch. However, it was a bit of a letdown to find that there were no instructions included. Yes, it’s a sticker, and applying it isn’t rocket science, but some guidance or tips would’ve gone a long way. I had to return to the product listing to figure out the best way to apply it. I tried applying one directly over the wire hole without folding it. It felt great, looked seamless under shirts, but unfortunately didn’t survive the first wash. I then tried folding the patch over the wire hole, which made it more noticeable under thin tops since it's padded. This method held up slightly better, especially when using another reviewer’s tip about securing it with a clothespin for better adhesion. Still, by the second wash, it lost its hold. In the end, my beloved bra had to be retired. These patches were definitely a cute and clever short-term solution, but unfortunately, not built for the long haul. If you need a quick, temporary fix to extend the life of a bra just a little longer, these might do the trick—just don’t expect miracles. A fun band-aid, not a cure.

So, I wanted to give these a chance before writing a one-off review. Overall, yes, they are worthy of the five stars. I just have one word of caution: DO NOT THROW ANY GARMENT WITH THESE ON THEM INTO THE DRYER! The adhesive is quite strong, and it stays put really well, but after a cycle in the dryer, the adhesive WILL break down, and you will have lost a valuable piece of aid to keep underwires from poking out! That being said, they are absolutely worth it in terms of what they're intended. The adhesive is strong and there's no slippage. They're soft, so there's no weird feeling of, "Oh, there's this uncomfortable patch against my skin." You don't even notice it's there. Fantastic way to extend the life of a favourite bra for a little bit longer. Highly recommend.
