I found this product on a suggested list of lightweight conditioners for fine hair. I have waist length fine hair, and a lot of it. This product did create volume in some of my hair but didn't really help with flattening on the scalp, though probably not much to be done there with the weight of my long hair. It made my hair feel coated and looked duller than usual, not very shiny. I like fruity strong smells but this was kind of cloyingly strong when smelling out of the bottle, though after rinsing my hair it didn't smell bad afterwards. I won't be using the rest of my bottle. Pros: Gave me body in parts of my hair (but I already had that there). Probably works better for those with thinning hair. Cons: Smells too strong out of bottle and gave me dull and less shiny hair. ... show more
