No creases from using. This chi flat iron is tried and true. My last one lasted about 10+ years. It had an electrical issue so needed to replace. I have very thick and curly hair, only flat iron about 1-2x/month. This chi works great! Would order again. Would recommend.

CHI is a great brand and some may be happy with this flat iron. I bought it for the temperature dial which I liked. I hated having to reset the temp every time I turned on other irons I've tried. I ordered this because my stylist told me I'd find a Chi flat iron cheaper on Amazon. My old iron was one from Sally Beauty and worked great until my daughter's guinea pigs chewed the cord. I loved the old one because of the thinness of the plastic surrounding the iron. That made it easier to working with on my short hair.
