works but you will have to find a better adhesive. after cracking my oem cover, i installed this directly over the oem (do not remove oem this is a cover!!) but there adhesive they include with just pop off because its a cheaper adhesive they included a roll but it still cheap. i recommend butyl tape as its alot more stronger. had not issue with the butyl tape on it. Look great and fixed my issue i was going to do a black trim but the carbon look great ... show more

Nice fit over existing wood look. Good refresh and stuck well. Hopefully stays in summer Florida heat. Will provide update if it fails.

If you are putting this over your original cover, then it should work better. The double sided tape should hold. However, my trim was already coming off since the Texas heat melted the glue behind the original cover. So I took the original trim off and tried to use this cover as a replacement. But it’s not a perfect fit since it was designed to fit over the OEM cover (meaning it’s slightly larger). So, if you are like me and buying this as a replacement vs a decorative cover, you will have to use some strong glue to hold some places down. I had to use some epoxy to hold the side near the center vent down because it would not adhere. Anyway, it could work if you put in some work. Works but needs some trimming for a good fit, you have to trim the bottom edge towards the AC Vents, lower part, and I would recommend using a better adhesive, but after a little work, it looks clean and freshens up the look of the interior.
