I really wanted to like this scrub top. I work as a massage therapist and wanted 'something a little different' than the standard style of scrub top. I also liked that the sleeve is a little longer. I thought the fabric seemed very heavy and felt it would be hot, because I do sometimes get very warm working on clients. I also found the neck opening a little too tight (see another review). The sleeves are just the right length. They reach my elbow and do not creep up my arms. As a plus size woman I do not like when my upper arms show or sleeves creep up when I reach. It has a nice taper on the sides that keeps it from looking frumpy.
