I needed some 1/2 impact sockets and was shopping around. I took a look at some of the Matco, Snap On and Mac Tool stuff, but they're very pricey. I decided to get these as I read some really good reviews on their 3/8 impact socket set and so far they do the job well. I've been using these sockets for doing front camber alignment where you need to loosen the two bolts with a impact gun on most asian imports. Now time will tell if they last, I'll update my review if anything does happen to these sockets in the future. FYI, these sockets are made in Taiwan. It's not USA, but still better than made in China. *****Update 04/13/2015***** Well it's been roughly two years since I bought these and they have held up to anything I have put through. I highly recommend them if your not willing to pay mucho moneyz for Snap-On or Matco sockets. ... show more

Pretty good-- especially for the price! Once star off for the markings on the sockets which could be bigger/better. The sizes are printed on there-- which I expect to wear off leaving only the stamped size, which is small.
