Chair is so perfect, absolutely love it! I usually worry about the box size and weight since I live alone and can only manage certain size/weights, but this box was manageable to handle by myself for at least getting into the house. Chair was very easy to put together, took me maybe less than 20 mins by myself and very easy to move around. Instructions don’t have any words, but it was still pretty easy to follow along. I did get stuck at one part, but watched the video in the pictures and was able to figure it out. Like other reviews mentioned, it is very low to the ground. I didn’t think this would be a big deal, but it did look super odd. I bought some 4 inch furniture legs off Amazon and it was perfect, highly recommend doing that! This chair is a cozy touch to our baby's nursery and fulfilled the purpose for its fair price. I'm 5ft and it felt indeed a little low to the ground, but I ordered and added wooden legs for extra height. I intended on doing so, also because the fabric would get dirty when I'd push'n'pull to vacuum, mop, or simply accidentally touch shoes on the bottom sides (in my picture you can't see the wooden feet, cause they're same color with the floor). For my height, it's also really deep, so I certainly needed pillows for back support. I wish the armrests had a little more thickness, but nothing that can't be fixed with a little extra padding, if you're a DIY artsy craftsy person. The cushions feel soft, and firmness hasn't gone down cause of weight yet. Assembling was easy enough, but adjusting the height of screws can be a little tricky. It also had some smell, but I've aired, fabric-sprayed and steamed it. Even if I had bought it only for decorarive purposes for the guest bedroom, or a corner of any room, it would still justify its existence. Looks very modern and it's eye pleasing. Looks great and seems sturdy. Takes 2 people to assemble. Directions are all pictures that are fairly easy to follow, except one early on. Had to redo one part that was needed to make the seat level. ("G" goes on the top of front piece} Hope it lasts.

This chair definitely exceeds my expectations so far! The color is a rich emerald green color and the fabric is like a mix between a silky suede and corduroy. The chair is a great size for a reading nook. I get worried purchasing furniture online just because I think it’ll be comically small but i’m 5’8 and 200 pounds and I can easier lounge in the chair or even sit with my legs crisscrossed! Picture has a 12” Squishmallow sitting in it for some size reference :) It seems pretty sturdy so far, I made sure to tighten the bolts well and gave it a few “plop down” sits into it and it didn’t budge so I think it’ll last well! I definitely think this chair is a great value and great quality. Additionally, I ordered the chair 02/09 and it was already on my doorstep 02/14 - 5 days ahead of the shipping time frame!! The ONLY concern/area of improvement I would suggest is the instruction manual - the pieces are not numbered correctly to match the instructions so it was a little stressful ensuring i’m matching up everything right the first time i put it together. ... show more
