I’m genuinely impressed with the Mixcous Chenille Oversized Accent Chair. Right from the first time I sat in it, I could see why it gets so much praise. The seat is huge (just over 32 inches wide) and super deep – perfect for reading, watching TV, or relaxing with a pet. It’s seriously comfortable, thanks to the overstuffed polyester fill and high-density foam. Sitting in it feels like being wrapped in a cozy cloud. The chenille fabric is soft and has a nice, upscale texture. It’s held up great so far – no pilling or fading, even with daily use. I also really like the green color; it adds a calm, modern vibe to my room. One of my favorite parts is the modular design. It works great on its own, but it’s also part of a larger system. I’m already thinking about getting another piece – maybe an ottoman or a second chair – to expand it into a loveseat or mini sectional. Setup was easy. Everything came clearly labeled, and I had it put together in less than 20 minutes. It’s also built to last, with a sturdy kiln-dried pine frame that feels very solid. This has become quite a staple in our newly furnished living room. It’s a great piece but I did add some stuffing to the bottom cushion after assembly; it was very flat and sitting down on it with any force did hurt. It hasn’t moved around a whole lot, even with it not being pushed up against a wall or firm surface. With the added stuffing, it’s a very comfy piece and I would definitely recommend! ... show more

I ended up buying 2 and attached them to make a loveseat to put in my office. I did have to supplement the cushion but I actually like that I can adjust it personally. I bought a twin sized gel foam 2-inch mattress topper and cut them to size to fit inside the bottom cushions. I easily fall asleep on this all the time! And again since I can adjust the cushions I can always take out some of that padding I put in. It’s easy to unzip and take out without worrying about distorting the shape. I was looking for an oversized chair for my bedroom, and this one is perfect. It is soft and squishy, very comfortable. And huge, perfect for curling up to read. The cushions are still a little wrinkly from being vacuum sealed, but I can steam them. Hopefully with time it releases. It wasn’t too hard to put together, but lining up the holes to screw in the bolts was challenging at times. Overall very happy! The chair looks great and I love the fabric along with the color. It's really wide allowing me to lay sideways in it if I want. What this chair lacks the most though is comfort. The pillows seem really flat and don't provide much cushion on the back and bottom. The instructions were lacking a bit as well. None of the parts were labeled with lettering which made it take longer to assemble since I had to match the reference picture in the manual. I would have given this this a higher rating but unfortunately the quality is lacking a bit and the comfort needs improvement. All it needs is better cushions that are firmer. ... show more
