So I was skeptical about this sofa . But let me say it is very beautiful. Comes in 2 LARGE boxes . A bit heavy . Easy to assemble . Beautiful brown color . Very soft fluffy and cushiony . I would have given five stairs but I do feel that is should have brought some cushions and the side of the sofa is a bit in the thin side which makes me a bit nervous . But again you get what paid for . It’s not bad for a low budget sofa that serves the purpose and is affordable. I do like them ... show more

I’ve only had this couch for a week or so, but it’s been great! It is super comfortable, spacious, and was easy enough to put together. It looks great in my living room and feels like a high quality couch. It is soft but also firm and structured.

It was easy to build, plus fantastic for low budget, and the color is amazing same as shown in picture. Seats are also pretty wide. The arms will be thin, but it would be managed with cushions. Great deal if planning on buying a set with good price compared to furniture stores.

This couch is surprisingly comfortable for the price! It has a very deep seat and the cushions are nicely padded. It was too short for my taste so I did purchase separate feet to elevate it 6" higher. Its a beautiful color, accurate to the pictures. Color is nice, a perfect size for my smaller living room. The only things that could improve is that you feel like you're sinking inside the edges of the seat cushions or when sitting closer to the edges. I wish the back cushions were thicker and more firm. I bought a lot of throw pillows and may place something underneath the bottom cushions for more support and firmness so maybe that will help. Other than that I'm pleased. ... show more

    • A very angry unsatisfied customer
I was very very disappointed in the quality and structure of the furniture. I had no idea I needed to put it together like that. The furniture keeps coming apart when you move it . It slides on my flooring when sitting on it. While sitting on it the cushions are not a firm as I would have thought they would be since it’s brand new. I looked at your return policies and it would cost more for me to have return it them then what I paid for it plus restocking fee. Now im stuck with furniture that it not worth using for entertainment or casual use daily.😡 ... show more
