I've only used this griddle a few times now, but I am very impressed by how even the heat is distributed and how easily it cleans up. It is the best non-stick surface that I have ever owned. Food tends to slide around the feeling when you're attempting to pick it up, but a second spatula or spoon used to keep the food from sliding as I get the spatula under it fixes that issue. ... show more

I started making crepes using this and now everyone comes over for breakfast! It’s super easy to use and clean. Only thing I was confused about was if the top part that got hot detaches from the whole machine? I ended up using a wash rag to clean up everything!
