But, more than that I really appreciate the mute option cuz the loud beeping bugs me. AND.... a feature I didnt know I needed... a child proof door! I bought 3 of these for work not knowing anything about the brand. It's a machine shop so the more black appliances you can get the better off you are. If it's white it will show every dirty finger print and never come clean. These work really well, they are quiet, heat things quickly, and it's a joy to see people try to open them that have no idea where the button is for the latch release. These are a great buy for an everyday microwave. They aren't overly huge or to small. We have all 3 lined up next to each other on a stainless table.

After using this for a week, I can say it performs great and looks fine. It heats stuff up faster than my last Emerson.FYI, I use it mostly for tea, soup and the occasional melting of chocolate. It does a great job on all, though I have to use shorter heat installments for the chocolate so as not to burn it. The mirrored front is a minus for me as it is a canvas for fingerprints, especially around the door handle. The child proof latch is not an issue. They send all kinds of info on how to disable it, which I did right off the bat. I really like the simple, large number pad and intuitive power and time setting features. So far, I'm very happy with this microwave and can recommend it highly if you are okay with fingerprints.

This Microwave was purchased June 25, 2025. I used it maybe 5 times, the last time I was using it was on or about July 27, 2025. While reheating baked chicken the Microwave stopped working. I checked the outlet and it was fine, I moved the Microwave to another outlet and still nothing. I have been getting the runaround from Amazon as well as the Manufacturer. I took pictures and videos as requested and waited days for a response. I finally received a response from the manufacturer to return it for further investigation. We'll I no longer had the box so I received a return label and had to go to UPS to send it back. The box and packaging cost me a additional $25.00. This Microwave is trash and so is the customer service. I still do not have a Microwave and requested all my money back. Well that is TO BE DETERMINED as it takes 3 to 5 days to get a response.

Haven't had it that long so have no idea on how long it will last. If memory serves it clocks in at 900w which for a quick re-heat on pizza or getting water hot seems to be plenty for me. The keypad is a wee bit small but has all the functionality of the larger keypads. Comparatively, the cooking time @ 900w vs 1000w is maybe an additional 5 to 10 seconds. Not a big deal. At it's price I do recommend
