The only issue i have is one of the zippers was off the track when we received it. Im sure we can fix that but you spend that kind of money you expect it to fully functional. Other than that we both now have our chef backpacks.

The media could not be loaded. Although the storage capacity is nice, after 3.5 months one of the zippers started failing on the main storage compartment. After 5 months that zipper pull fell off completely and 2 weeks later the zipper will not even close it. I am a 46yr old man that takes this bag from the trunk of my car 150yds away to my kitchen. I do not beat it up, just open it, retrieve my tools and close it and hang it up by the leather hook. To have this fail so fast for $90 is unacceptable I have messermeister satchels that have lasted me 20+ years. For the zippers to have failed this rapidly is completely unacceptable. I guess I will go back to messermeister bag. I really feel robbed! I do not recommend this product for functionality. Sorry chef sac!
