First and foremost: I got a dud, one of the clip rings came undone at the seam. didn't have it overfilled or anything. There were 6 knives, some decorative icing spreaders, super glue, hand sewing needle & thread, a roll of electrical tape in it. At the end of my day I'd take off my Serving Shirt and Apron, fold and roll them neatly and end my shift. Easy-Peasy Lemon-Squeezy, organized and satisfied every time. This is seriously one of the best tools I've had in my arsenal - as long as I walk into work with my Chef Sac, I'm completely prepared for everything needed in a restaurant (beside dealing with customers, we all know how that goes hahahahaha). Within hours of bringing this to the Staffs Attention I was replied too. Prompt and excellent customer service ensued. The point of contact made it clear that this was atypical and since there aren't complaints in reviews about it, I agree. They stated that it was something they'd contact the manufacturing department about to see how it coud be improved upon. Quite frankly as told by the CSR, I'm fully aware (worked in manufacturing for awhile) that every once in a while there's a dud. No amount of QA Testing can cover when a machine might Jam at the wrong moment letting by the tiniest defect that causes an issue. So, no harm no foul. The insisted on shipping me a new one that came from a different manufacturing batch. All in all, This is a Great Roll. The Waxed Canvas will surely protect everything from bad weather. Placement and Design are Fantastic. Other than the Strap Clip coming un-done it's Perfect for what it is. It is an incredibly affordable tool with priceless assistance in keeping yourself organized to work efficiently helping keep small stresses to a minimum.

Works very well. It has a lot of space for basic kitchen needs. I love that it clips closed not just some velcro. The shoulder strap is comfortable and the outside is easy to wipe off with the fabric used.

Been using this for only 2 months now but so far it seems pretty durable and has plenty of storage space inside. I wish the Velcro inside that holds the knife blades was an elastic strap for each blade but that's just a personal preference and no issue with the functionality or durability of this bag. So far I'm pleased with this purchase.

My butchers steel is 12 inches with a 5 inch handle and measures at exactly 17 inches and will not fit. It's about an inch too long for the bag to close. Other than that the bag is solid.

After buying this for myself, I bought a second one for a friend who quit her job and was on her way to enroll in culinary school. She was almost in tears. A perfect gift for anyone who enjoys cooking or is a professional. On Thanksgiving I'm always invited to do the carving. My knife bag always impresses the crowd. I am just your average home cook but I have to have my favorite knives and utensils when we go for extended stays now that we are retired. I loaded my knives, favorite spatulas, garlic press etcetera into the chef carrier. I mean I loaded it. I thought it was going to be too bulky to close. No way. There is still room for more. These are a great starter set for any chef or person needing a set of kitchen knives. Bought for my husband and he LOVES them. They are VERY SHARP and both of us have suffered injury when not careful, so keep that in mind. Recommend keeping the guards on them when not in use, he tossed them prematurely lol

It’s got storage space for plenty of knives and accessories. The Velcro straps are holding tight so far. I like the fact that it isn’t big and bulky. I’m a meat cutter and there isn’t a lot of storage space in the cutting room. I’d definitely recommend it to others.
