I use these several times a week. Great size when cooking for two. I often line them with foil or parchment paper. These are seriously heavy-duty. But in a really hot oven, they can warp a bit (that recovers when they cool down). They always get washed in the dishwasher without any problems. No hint of rust after almost four years.

I purchased this pan looking for something I could use in my countertop Nuwave Bravo Air Fryer/Grill oven. When the pans came I NEEDED to cook. The pans are very solid and quite heavy. I liked that because they hold heat well. I made a one-sheet chicken dish surrounded by veggies. It did everything anyone could want from a pan. Since it does not have "no stick" I made this first (outstanding) dish with no lining on the pan. It was not hard to clean, though it did have a few dark spots on the edges, and it took a little work -- but not bad. I tend to line pans with parchment paper or foil, so I don't see it as an issue. Because of its weight, it felt like a restaurant-quality pan -- and I really like it. (Next up a cookie test)

Love these because they are lead free and very sturdy. They clean easy too! They are heavy but not as heavy as all the cast iron I use. Happy to have found a non toxic cookie sheet!

First, let me say that I LOVE these pans!! They’re heavy, sturdy, and easy to clean. However, the one thing that I’m knocking a star off for is the reinforcement wire in the rim. It is galvanized steel, but started rusting with the first wash. I wash them in the dishwasher after a preliminary scrub to knock the heavy stuck stuff off. They come clean and do not react to the dishwasher detergent like my aluminum sheet pans. But the design catches water in the rim and causes the wire to rust. Some of the other reviews mention the pan warping in the oven. Ours did pop the first use, scared the crap out of us it was so loud! But after that, it hasn’t happened again. We like that there is no funky taste imparted to food, it doesn’t react to salt or acid on the food, nor to the detergent. They are very heavy if you’re used to one-handing an aluminum sheet pan, be careful!! But the bottom line is that we love them and highly recommend them.

Pans going back! I don't write reviews but the full description is not disclosed, that each pan is not just one pan of stainless steel but TWO pressed together, a pan wrapped inside stainless steel on the outside. When I pulled out one pan from the plastic wrap, it rattled and was very heavy so I knocked on the bottom to hear a hollow sound. Flipped it over to see a full pan inside, under the rim of the another. The small, double pan is ridiculously heavy without food on it yet. Real problem for me would be with each wash, water and whatever will literally go inside and in between the dual pans collecting who knows what that will never be seen or cleaned out. Also, the plastic wrap on each pan was already opened so looks like a return sent to me. This pan construction needs to be fully disclosed in the description, dual pans formed on top of each other and not sealed. If none of this bothers you, then they might be the stainless steel pans that do not warp like they advertise. I own two large, single layer stainless steel cookie sheets that have never warped, never rust and clean up beautifully but unfortunately I can't find them anywhere now. Wanted a smaller pan for my son's dorm since he has to cook for himself in the communal kitchen, has health issues.

You will be stunned at the thickness, rigidity and heaviness of these pans. These are the only pans I will be purchasing in the next couple of years. Yeah, they are pricey, but I will bet they last a lifetime. And, you won't be ingesting heavy metals from Aluminum plans or eating micro-plastics from parchment paper.

These are 20 ga stainless, with a 3/16 SS wire embedded in the rolled edge. The half sheet weighs 3.8 pounds, the quarter sheet weighs 2.3 pounds. Yes, they are HEAVY. They absolutely do not warp in the oven at any heat level. The underside of the corners are somewhat ugly due to rolling of the thick material, but there are no sharp edges. The rolled edges don't completely cover the support wire, so gunk gets under the edge. You would have to clean with oven cleaner / solvent / soaking in soap. You can scrub the you-know-what out of these because they are thick, and being stainless they really won't wear down. So the top 'working' surface is easy to clean. Biggest complaint is the size of the half sheet, at 17-5/8 x 13. The long side is short - too small to fit the slots in a 1/2 sheet oven, and too big to fit between the walls and sit on a rack. This was the main reason I bought these, hence the 3 stars. No problems in a full size oven, obviously. The quarter sheet is 13" on the long side, and it does fit a 1/4 sheet oven perfectly. Of course you can use it in a larger oven too.
