I was looking for a half sheet, stainless steel pan for all types of baking and cooking. This tray seemed to be what I was looking for. It is definitely a solid sheet pan. It’s heavy, which I was looking for so it wouldn’t bend in the oven. Unfortunately, I used the wire rack in the pan and it bent in the oven when used at higher temps. I often cook at 400° F/450°F. I purchased this pan looking for something I could use in my countertop Nuwave Bravo Air Fryer/Grill oven. When the pans came I NEEDED to cook. The pans are very solid and quite heavy. I liked that because they hold heat well. I made a one-sheet chicken dish surrounded by veggies. It did everything anyone could want from a pan. Since it does not have "no stick" I made this first (outstanding) dish with no lining on the pan. It was not hard to clean, though it did have a few dark spots on the edges, and it took a little work -- but not bad. I tend to line pans with parchment paper or foil, so I don't see it as an issue. Because of its weight, it felt like a restaurant-quality pan -- and I really like it. (Next up a cookie test) ... show more

These are AWESOME baking sheets! I finally got fed up with thin, easily warped, prone-to-rust baking sheets and decided to give these a try. They're heavy stainless steel of great quality and should last a long, long time. I wanted to avoid the non-stick variety for the sake of cookie press cookies and finally found these. Way better than i expected. Very heavy duty. Edit January 2 2023 While it is still a great pan, it is not 100% stainless steel. The lip is wrapped around a steel rod that rusts. When you wash it you MUST dry it in the oven to keep the rust at bay. Because of this I took off one star.

It was time to replace my old baking sheets, especially with the holidays coming up. These are steel and very sturdy, so I expect to get a lot of use out of them. Even up close, they look and feel very professional.

I can bake about a dozen cookies on the 9x12 pans, or bake fish sticks and other frozen food items like chicken pot pies, French fries on these without worrying about the pan warping because of the length of time in the oven.
