Absolutely love this couch! It did take few hours to put together, and the instructions were a bit confusing, but we got it done. I am considering getting a cover for it, because it does get dirty easily. The material is so soft, and to my surprise it is very comfortable to lounge and even sleep on! Bought this sectional for our living room. Was super excited to get it, however when it arrived it was missing two of the back pieces. I contacted customer service right away & Anna helped me with this issue. I didn’t realize that the pieces had to be made again so it took almost 3 weeks to get them. Along the way Anna kept in touch about shipping, tracking and answered any questions I had. Received the back pieces this week and my hubby easily & quickly put it all together. We love it! It’s comfortable, solid and really pretty! Was very impressed with the quality of the product & the wonderful customer service, Anna went above and beyond to make everything right! Cheap looking couch. Directions are very difficult to understand. I am embarrassed to have this couch in my house. There is no way to return this item because it cannot be put back in the box once opened because everything was vacuum sealed. This couch also has stains on it.

I was a little nervous when I received 2 boxes and it was obvious there should be one more (the product description says only 2 boxes). Customer service was great answering quickly that the 3rd box was on its way. The couch was easy for one person to put together and the instructions were clear for both configurations. Better than expected! The dimensions of this couch were exactly as indicated and perfect for our space. The couch is comfortable and looks beautiful -easily looks like it was bought off the showroom floor (once put together). Well constructed and sections securely stay together. A few hiccups with shipping and a replacement pillow needed for a small snag in fabric cover- but, the customer service was outstanding and addressed all of our concerns in a timely and professional manner.
