I was skeptical to buy this product due to some negative reviews but due to its price, I decided to give it shot and buy it for my dad and I was pleasantly surprised. The results took 5 days AFTER I received an email that they have received my sample which itself took 2 weeks so I guess 5 days is slightly misleading. I didn’t have any problem registering the test but for people that had that issue, I suggest calling the customer service. The sampling process was super easy, just took a bunch of hair and dropped them in the pocket. The results were very detailed (48 pages) and analyzed a lot of common things that we were looking for. I was very satisfied and would recommend the product.

I sent the sample in over 3 weeks ago. I got the email when I registered. When I check the status it still states “sample not received yet.” I’m not sure where the problem occurred but so far it’s a total rip off for me. 🙁 Update- I got an email today saying that they have received my sample. I will update again when they send results.

This product is a scam, when I received it I tried to register my test with the website (as instructed) I was told the number given for the product was invalid and I could not register my kit. Also the packaging is similar but exact to the product they are pretending to sell
