Bought this to replace another amazon purchased overcoat. I'm in a dress shirt and tie type job and I like the look this coat has heading to and from the office in the cold months. It's decently warm. I get complimented on its style often. I went this one because the zipper, button locations, extra elements just give it a bit a steampunk look in my mind. But even if others didn't think so, what they do think is, wow, that's nice looking. And you cannot beat the price. Just price a coat like this in a big box store. I'm a Large and the large fit true. I would say, if you were a bulky sweaters or layers person, you might size up one. I typically have a white t, dress shirt, and vneck sweater on when I where this. It's a little more snug with my layers, but not enough that I wish I went XL. So you make the call. The one drawback, pocket depth- the two hand pockets are short - just enough to get your hand out of the cold. I keep glove liners in them permanently, so I can pop those on as a thin glove for driving/walking/etc. I.e., don't count on these pockets to do much if you're a pocket person.

The inner lining is removable, one zipper on each side, and three buttons across the top. First, it's a terrible design. Second, the buttons go through tiny elastic hoops, which are almost impossible to loop without a tool. Third, two of three buttons fell off when I tried it on. Fourth, fit was boxy and awkward. Do not recommend.

Ordering clothing on Amazon is always a crap shoot due to sizes. I was pleasantly surprised that the sizing on this coat was perfect, and it looks and feels extremely high quality. At $60, it's a great value. Looks fantastic. The only issue keeping me from giving it five stars is the internal "fake" zip-up turtleneck. It's incredibly short at the bottom. I'd intended to occasionally wear it without buttoning it up and instead zipping up the inner section, but it's 4-5" above my waistline. It's like the outer coat is a perfect Large and the inner zip-up part is a Small. So I'll just plan to button at least the bottom two buttons. Other than that, it looks pretty much as advertised.

Okay I did read that the inside zipper part was short but I didn't realize. It is as short as a suit vest but it does completely zip out of the jacket. My husband said it buttons and zips the opposite way than men's apparel.

10/10 love this coat! Exactly as shown in pictures, I have no idea what others are on about. The length is perfect, going just past my waist to over pocket length on pants. I got a small normally wearing a medium and it’s perfect. Do not get medium as amazon even warns you that a lot have returned because of loose fitting. I have plenty enough room between my body and coat and it’s supposed to be small.
