I feel bad that this product has no reviews with how good it is!!! Compared with a similar brand, Saie, there is just no comparison! I mean, just judge for yourself. I am a bridal makeup artist, and this is my all-time go to for a reason! CT went on smooth as butter, felt like air, and finished so well. I could immediately feel that Saie is not as high quality. Went on oily and tacky, didn't spread well, was much thicker, and didn't fade at all. Def avoid it, and both products are about the similar prices for the same size. I tested the Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter side-by-side on my face so I could really see the difference, and wow. The side with the product looked smoother, brighter, and more even-toned instantly. Looks like a glowy filter… What impressed me most was how much it softened the appearance of my sun spots without looking heavy or cakey. It gives my skin that effortless, dewy, “your skin but better” look that everyone seems to be chasing for summer. I’ve tried plenty of glow products that end up looking glittery or greasy, but this one just makes my skin look healthy and radiant. I tried the Charlotte Tilbury foundation in shade 2.5 Fair and I love how it matches my skin tone and provides good coverage. It doesn’t cause me to break out, and it lasts throughout the day, which is a big plus. However, despite the hype from TikTok makeup influencers, this foundation didn’t stand out from other high-end brands I’ve tried from Sephora. It offers similar coverage to Lancôme, NARS and Rare beauty, and I didn’t notice any significant difference in performance. I applied it with a makeup sponge, and it blended well, but it didn’t give me the flawless finish I expected. While I’m happy to use it while I have it, I don’t see the hype that justifies its price. For anyone considering this product, you might find that you’re paying more for the name than for a unique quality. You can save some money by sticking with your current favorite. I love this product (when I got the right shade-that was on me). You have to get the right shade, as usual. I have a fair complexion with cool to neutral undertones. I was a little more tan than usual and ordered the 3. This leaned very heavily toward orange on my skin tone. But, I’d heard great things about the product, so I re-ordered a 1 and it is perfection. Very versatile. It can be used as a (thin) base layer under foundation. I’ve mixed it with my foundation. I’ve used it strategically placed alone for the, “Oh, my natural skin is just radiant today,” look. It’s also great to be used in place of your normal highlighter.
