How to use: Use the matte shade along the top lashline to create your desired shape. Charlotte recommends pulling the outer corners upward and outward for a more lifted look. Use the metallic side to brighten by placing in the waterline along the bottom lashline and inner corners. 0.3 oz.

Beautiful color, especially for blue eyes. It has taken about a month to get here, however. By the time it does arrive (still not here) my eyes will probably be black or what ever color they turn when youre dead, because Ill be dead. Thats how long it has taken to ship; A life time! The liner is very smooth and doesn't irritate my eyes at all even when I accidentally rub them. The line stays in place. The color really makes my eyes pop too! Something different than typical dark brown.
