I got this phone in 2023, The storage capability is not that bad but at least it has a SD Card! However, This phone has 8K video compared to Apple iPhones and I was grateful to have the 1st 8K phone and the great ones is the it has 4 cameras! The durability is great the screen was a bit broken but I can still use it!! I even need WiFi 6 for faster and better and easier WiFi at the time I can't believe I have the 1st 8K smartphone that runs One UI 2 to One UI 5.1! The connection is working with 5G Network compared to 4G LTE T-Mobile which I have charging! That phone is approved for 8K movies for sure!!! ... show more

I was so excited to get this phone - it's my favorite galaxy year, but I am also sad at the quality of this. Screen size is as expected. However, the current phone has multiple deep scratches (that I'm trying to hide with a screen protector). The camera has the same issue. Definitely not excellent quality. Also, the screen has burnt in icons so you can vaguely see the prior apps from the original owner. The first phone I received, the back was coming off! Like the glue was not holding. I'm unsure if it was just because it was a bad glue job, or if it was a battery issue. None the less, it was sent back. The second phone, current phone, had a similar issue, but not as bad. The battery was at 64% when received so it is being tested for length and sensitivity (overheating). I would try to exchange for a third one, but at this rate, I'm not expecting any better, and the turn around time between shipments (1st phone was 2 days, 2nd phone was almost 7 days) and quite frankly would probably give up if the quality was not any better for the length it takes to receive.     • Great value for an older phone
Since I refuse to spend $1000 on a new phone, here we are - using a 3 year old phone. That being said, this phone is exactly what I was hoping it would be. (although I mistakenly ordered an S20+ instead I'd the ultra) The condition was near flawless. There is a very slight amount of burn in which is not noticeable without an inspection app and not severe by any stretch. The phone is super snappy, has a fantastic display and battery life is fantastic as well. Buying it refurbished was a good move in my case. I wear Bluetooth hearing aids, so Bluetooth functionality was very important in my purchase. I can walk 30+ feet away from my phone with no loss of quality where my old phone might make it 10ft if lucky. Switching audio output between phone, truck Bluetooth and hearing aids is very easy and quicker than I was expecting. You are also able to specify which apps you'd like to default to BT or phone audio only. That's helpful as well. Even though it has some age to it, this phone easily out performs much newer phones and seems like it will hold up for me for years hopefully. ... show more

Update: So I ended up returning this phone as well because it became more and more glitchy over time. Ended up purchasing a Samsung Galaxy A53, which is not as good as the S series, but for the price it was better than a glitchy phone So I had purchased the same model from another seller and had nothing but issues with it from the start. I had to return it within the 90 day return period. I purchased this one to replace the other one prior to returning the other one and was able to transfer all my info from my other phone to this phone. This phone has been much much better! It's not perfect and sometimes the sound quality is good and then it's almost as if one of the speakers cuts out and I can only hear out of the other speaker and then it'll kick back on again. Could just be a loose wire or something within the phone, but a lot of times I listen to my phone on Bluetooth speakers anyway and it does not impact the quality of sound that way, so it's a minor issue in my opinion. The battery life is very good, the screen sensitivity is perfect. The only thing is that sometimes when my fingers are damp, the fingerprint reader does not read my fingerprint and I have to manually input my password, but again, minor issue that I'm willing to overlook for the price differential of this phone as opposed to a brand new phone. This phone was refurbished and done very well, I know because I refurbish phones or Fix them for people as well as other electronics. Anyways, it was a great price for what we need, we're able to use the "Moble Fence App", and Life 360 App on this device, with both apps we are Able to keep tabs on our soon, and keep safe. Also we can monitor 👀 everything with the Mobile Fence App which Parents should have you can choose what to Block, filter, and see what they are messaging and to who there. This phone has an amazing a CPU, GPU, as wells as great Locking security like Fingerprint technology, and Face Recognition, with Pin or Password Back up, but it also has a easy user friendly Interface that anyone can use. Plus, it takes Awesome Pictures up to 4k, and Video. It has a sleek, but sturdy build to it, it charges fast and also has a wireless Charge that let you share your batter life to other Devices that are compatible and might need a quick charge when their phone is almost dead. I've been using the Samsung Galaxy Devices since I first pick out Galaxy S3 instead of my usual choice of either LG or Sony. But they don't hold even 1% of what the Samsung Galaxy Do, Samsung has been there for me they honor their warranty and their guarantee everytime from my Galaxy Devices to all my othe Samsung Electronics. The refurbished phone was better than i thought it would be. Good shipping. Wish I had bought the ultra phone now. The plus phone is fast and powerful. I've been using galaxy phones since s8 and this one is the best yet.

My phone would not use a spectrum sim card. My wifes phone, "same amazon sales vender same phone". worked without an issue. If I had to review this phone based on my wifes phone I give it 5 stars. No issues and phone works great! Now my phone............ Battery life was horrible! plug it in and charge it 35% batter left after 4 hours. nothing on it but factory apps settings. My wifes phone! loaded ot hilt in streaming stuff home devices alexa stuff whole smart house connected to this thing. 70% battery 8 hours later. Setting right? screen, maybe battery saver mode? I thought this as well just maybe! nope lol! So we go to spectrum! They put in my wifes sim card 20 seconds later we had phone ready to roll. They put in sim card. 4 hours later no dice 6 people tried. Manager now tries for 2 hours says call this number! We call Spectrum tech line they said go back tot the store get new sim card. Same deal over and over MIE or what ever they called it reads 00000000000000000. So now I have to spend cash to take uber ride to a store 20 minutes from my house to return a phone can't use because can't drive because of seizures. like a total kick to the nuts buying the second phone. Now sitting with 240$ on my card after having to buy another phone to replace this one as i needed it before i go into a surgery today. Not happy with my purchase i atleast hope this vender refunds the money paid for this phone or review drops to 1 star instantly ... show more
