My bf needed a new phone, but they always break with his work so buying the newest was not financially smart. Unfortunately buying the cheapest phones has resulted in slow and easily breakable so whats really the solution? Lol i got this so he would finally have a decent phone but not break the bank. He loves it. I myself have the 21 plus still and love it as well. Still works like the first day I got it. Love Samsung phones so much. I'll start be saying I spend several thousand on Amazon products per year and until now have been very happy. This phone however has changed my entire view of Amazon. I got this phone and they do NOT COME UNLOCKED. In order to use it I would have to switch to Sprint phone service. When I tried to return it they made me go through a hour long process of trying to unlock it myself with factory resets and nonsense. When that failed amazon says I will be contacted by seller which was more BS. At this point I am a week in with a broken phone and still have no refund and have spent 4 plus hours on the phone calls with like 8 different people speaking broken English. I finally even just contacted Corporate to complain and they said they have the notes and times but these workers didn't even leave names to file complaints on them and they are now going to go through recordings to try to figure out who all I've talked to. Corporate is doing a refund but I need to wait a few more days for them to call me now and then go through the process of printing bar codes and going to UPS to return the phone. They have been blowing up my phone waking me up every morning when this should be a simple put it in the box and send it back process. I've never had any issues returning things to amazon but these guys found a way to send you junk and make returning it a full time job. I would have been a lot happier just throwing the phone away and losing the few hundred dollars at this point as I hate to be woke up with phone calls or having to talk repeatedly about something without making much progress. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, BUY FROM ANY OTHER SELLER! These phones are a scam unless you are willing to switch to what ever company the phone was made by and lose half the phones features from a jail break unlock hack they will probably try to have you try to do yourself ... show more

Great phone runs smooth,has great battery life and runs games like Honkai star rail and Uma musume perfectly. Only problem for me was that it came with a defective screen with a dark spot on the bottom right and the vibrate function on it is non existent.

I bought a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S20+, listed in Excellent condition. The phone really is in excellent condition, not a scratch or ding, phone is working great, battery charges and holds a charge well. The S20+ is an upgrade from Galaxy S7 Edge that isn't holding a charge and out of storage. Phone-to phone file transfer completed in about 1 1/2 hours using SmartSwitch. Easy to move SIM and it is working well on Verizon network. I have been using the phone about a month now and am so happy with my purchase. I am using my S7 without SIM to access internet and play app games over WIFI. P.S. Verizon wanted more than double what I paid here + a $35 upgrade fee. I was concerned about buying refurbished here but took a chance and so happy I did. My recommendation to others is to look for the phone you want and pricing of other Amazon sellers and their feedback. I ordered from a seller with a very high feedback rating. ... show more

I had this Samsung S20+ for about a week and i love this phone!!! Mine was a refurbushed model, not a single scratch on it, looks brand new & no issues when i turned it on the first time & no issues since then. Yes, it did NOT come with the Samsung box, Samsung cable & usb wall charger. I personally do not care! due to i have a box full of samsung usb cables and wall chargers from my old Samsung phones i bought before. It did come with the tool to remove the sd & sim card & that is the only thing i needed. I had no intent & plan of upgrading my samsung s10+ to the samsung s20+. But at the price and buying prior refurbished samsung i am beyond happy i did it! First, The 5G is very quick & compare to older version what ever its called. which i did not believe until i went online away from my house WIFI service and its very quick. Note: not areas have 5G service. The overall phone response is very quick and smooth. The bixy button is gone (thankgod). The quality of the screen resolution is outstanding & wow its clear! It has a few more minor whistles & bells features compare to the samsung s10+ Nothing to noticable. I do like the new front camera location and its small size & its looks better. I also like you see less of the frame around the curved screen. I know & dont care if there is a technocal name for it. Overall the phone looks great & i didnt get a case this time due to i think looks better with out one. I know, but i rarely & never drop my phone (my s10+ back up) Reference to the camera & quality of the picture which was not a selling point for me. You will notice a much better picture & video quality. The phone over all is a tad thinner & tad taller which i think it makes it easier to hold and use. The battery life seems to be better but i have not fully tested it yet. Charging it seems to be quicker & again i have not fully tested it against my s10+. Now, is the samsung s20+ worth buying if you already have a s10 & s10+??? Personally NO!!!!! I love my s10+ its great phone! The only reason i got the s20+ was the price $700. But if you can afford one (full price) or find one at great price like i did then YES get one!!!! I could have lived very happy with my s10+ with no regrets if i didnt see this s20+ on amazon! ... show more
