Anyways, it was a great price for what we need, we're able to use the "Moble Fence App", and Life 360 App on this device, with both apps we are Able to keep tabs on our soon, and keep safe. Also we can monitor 👀 everything with the Mobile Fence App which Parents should have you can choose what to Block, filter, and see what they are messaging and to who there. This phone has an amazing a CPU, GPU, as wells as great Locking security like Fingerprint technology, and Face Recognition, with Pin or Password Back up, but it also has a easy user friendly Interface that anyone can use. Plus, it takes Awesome Pictures up to 4k, and Video. It has a sleek, but sturdy build to it, it charges fast and also has a wireless Charge that let you share your batter life to other Devices that are compatible and might need a quick charge when their phone is almost dead. I've been using the Samsung Galaxy Devices since I first pick out Galaxy S3 instead of my usual choice of either LG or Sony. But they don't hold even 1% of what the Samsung Galaxy Do, Samsung has been there for me they honor their warranty and their guarantee everytime from my Galaxy Devices to all my othe Samsung Electronics. I was a little leary about purchasing another refurbished phone because I bought an S21 from Walmart and the battery stopped working after 1 wk but I am pleasantly surprised with this one! Has long battery life, phone condition looked brand new, charges quickly, does not overheat, nice size screen, and a bright screen that has an option for eye comfort. I was so excited to get this phone - it's my favorite galaxy year, but I am also sad at the quality of this. Screen size is as expected. However, the current phone has multiple deep scratches (that I'm trying to hide with a screen protector). The camera has the same issue. Definitely not excellent quality. Also, the screen has burnt in icons so you can vaguely see the prior apps from the original owner. The first phone I received, the back was coming off! Like the glue was not holding. I'm unsure if it was just because it was a bad glue job, or if it was a battery issue. None the less, it was sent back. The second phone, current phone, had a similar issue, but not as bad. The battery was at 64% when received so it is being tested for length and sensitivity (overheating). I would try to exchange for a third one, but at this rate, I'm not expecting any better, and the turn around time between shipments (1st phone was 2 days, 2nd phone was almost 7 days) and quite frankly would probably give up if the quality was not any better for the length it takes to receive. Update: So I ended up returning this phone as well because it became more and more glitchy over time. Ended up purchasing a Samsung Galaxy A53, which is not as good as the S series, but for the price it was better than a glitchy phone So I had purchased the same model from another seller and had nothing but issues with it from the start. I had to return it within the 90 day return period. I purchased this one to replace the other one prior to returning the other one and was able to transfer all my info from my other phone to this phone. This phone has been much much better! It's not perfect and sometimes the sound quality is good and then it's almost as if one of the speakers cuts out and I can only hear out of the other speaker and then it'll kick back on again. Could just be a loose wire or something within the phone, but a lot of times I listen to my phone on Bluetooth speakers anyway and it does not impact the quality of sound that way, so it's a minor issue in my opinion. The battery life is very good, the screen sensitivity is perfect. The only thing is that sometimes when my fingers are damp, the fingerprint reader does not read my fingerprint and I have to manually input my password, but again, minor issue that I'm willing to overlook for the price differential of this phone as opposed to a brand new phone. Since I refuse to spend $1000 on a new phone, here we are - using a 3 year old phone. That being said, this phone is exactly what I was hoping it would be. (although I mistakenly ordered an S20+ instead I'd the ultra) The condition was near flawless. There is a very slight amount of burn in which is not noticeable without an inspection app and not severe by any stretch. The phone is super snappy, has a fantastic display and battery life is fantastic as well. Buying it refurbished was a good move in my case. I wear Bluetooth hearing aids, so Bluetooth functionality was very important in my purchase. I can walk 30+ feet away from my phone with no loss of quality where my old phone might make it 10ft if lucky. Switching audio output between phone, truck Bluetooth and hearing aids is very easy and quicker than I was expecting. You are also able to specify which apps you'd like to default to BT or phone audio only. That's helpful as well. The phone is in perfect condition and works like a charm! I actually got it two days faster than estimated. If you buy an unlocked phone from this seller, it is vital that you read the listing details in advance so you can save yourself the frustration of not setting up your phone correctly or effectively. Before you file a complaint with Amazon or swear that your carrier lied to you about confirming the phone is unlocked. RESET THE NETWORK SETTINGS per the seller's instructions and see that wonderful 5G symbol appear, confirming that you are connected to your network and good to go. ... show more

So This was a step down with a renewed from Galaxy S20 5g note to a galaxy S20 5G renewed. Good phone but battery does not last long the password auto fill was iffy. on some apps I had to change my gmail and my yahoo I had to change my Password three time because the password autofill would not work or didn't fill in or remember. Once I had to go into the password storage and click on the app to get it to work. the Yahoo still is not working. The phone also glitches or stop for while viewing a video or instagram stream. The smart switch did not work as well half the apps and program didn't transfer over, I had to reinstall them and make a new password. do not disturb, is another iffy problem, today i missed the time where it was supposed to switch back to daytime (8AM) and turn from dark to back to light. I had to go in and turn it off and remove anything that had " Turn me off" even though I didn't put it on. ... show more
