I'm a bit of a coffee snob I'll admit so I try a lot of different coffees in the search of perfection. I haven't found one go-to yet, but there are a few including this one which I've tried and will order again. Charleston did a nice job roasting evenly and correctly. I won't get into the tasting notes because I'm not that level of coffee snob, LOL, but I'll say it got better after the first pot. It's weird but the first pot seemed fairly tasteless like I needed to open the bag and let it breathe. Then it seemed to have a little more taste but still very smooth. It's a nice coffee to drink any time and not ridiculously expensive like some good coffees can be. I'll stick with this one for a while.
