abunda_amazon_reviews This Chandelier is everything and more. I purchased also purchased the smaller version of this chandelier. It's breath taking. It sparkles just right. If you're looking for elegance in a budget look no further. Upon arrival two of the arms were broken despite the well packaging. But customer service was A1. And I received my replacement parts within 3days.;;Reviewed in the United States on June 10, 2016;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;Beautiful Chandelier;;Yakima;;;Well worth the money, you get a lot for $200. The instructions aren't all that, took a little bit of time to figure out some steps. Had two crystals that were broken or chipped, but they gave us extra's of multiple things so no issue! The wiring wasn't obvious, and you have to figure it out on your own. The instructions imply... use a wire nut, connect the wires. Problem is, there is a ton of them and you aren't getting them in a single wire nut. I ended up using a little bit of my own wire and created multiple bundles. Basically, took 3 or 4, added a short wire and put the nut on it. Then took other end of short wire and grabbed three more with another short wire and put the nut on. Basically small groups of wires connected together. Had to do that for both sides of the wire.;;Reviewed in the United States on January 19, 2019;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;Great chandelier!!;;Tobin;;;Replaced dark bronze chandelier in my dining room with this beautiful chandelier (see 3 pictures upload into customer pictures). The chandelier is chrome and glass. I did not realize it was chrome until after I received and unpacked it. Chrome would stand out too much in my space so I painted all the chrome pieces to satin white. Very happy with the final result (see pictures). I received 2 pages of instructions which were somewhat helpful. However, I read several customer reviews and studied all of the available product pictures. I added several pictures of my project to assist fellow future installers :). The chandelier will take a few hours to install (or more!). I chipped away at it so I would not feel overwhelmed or frustrated and took my time to make sure I installed it correctly the first time. Be prepared for the time needed to assemble it. 1 of the 12 glass dishes was received broken. Also I did not receive the oval glass piece that hangs from the bottom of the unit. I am 100% confident that Daniel from Gallery Lighting will resolve these issues. You can contact Gallery Lighting through Amazon. I purchased the Titan Lighting 21 in. White Ceiling Medallion (Model # TN-5940 Internet # 204609383) from Home Depot and it looks great with this space as you can see in the pictures I uploaded. There are some rules for medallion size, which can be found through internet searches about this topic. Assembly considerations - tips - tricks: - If installing a medallion, use the T cross piece that screws into your electrical box to secure the medallion to the ceiling. Glue is not needed if you do this; remember to caulk the slight space that may appear due to imperfections in the ceiling - this will hide any shadows. The medallion installation instructions do not show this method but trust me I now have some experience installing these in my home and concluded this is the best method. - make sure you determine your chandelier height so you don't have to remove chain links after installation, as this will impact your wire length and overall aesthetic appearance of the wires / chain. Search the internet as there are several hints and tips out there to calculate the best height for your space. Calculate using the chandelier height of 27" and other parameters such as ceiling height and optimal height from ceiling and/or dining room table. - don't cut any of the chandelier wire; just tuck it up into the electrical box, canopy or into the bottom bowl. - be patient with installation; the price makes it worth the effort and time. - the installation may require a second person, make sure you have all the tools ready; it is difficult holding the piece during installation to the ceiling. - the canopy ring diameter was smaller than the chain links making my installation very tricky. If this happens to you, you will need a second person to hold the unit during wiring and installation of the main body. - The 6 longer (more curvy or horizontal) arms with lights and the 6 arms without lights are intalled in alternating fashion in the outer ring of the chandelier base into the available 12 holes. The 6 holes located in the inner part of the base are for the arms with lights that are more vertical. For some reason, this just did not seem right to me, but the instructions and pictures from other customers confirms this is the proper installation of these 18 pieces. Tighten the arms after all arms have been installed and centered. - I wired all 12 wires together. Some other installers wired half as much and then connected them. Split each wire right to the top for maximum length. If you decide to install 12 together you will need larger wire nuts as the nuts provided will make the job a bit more difficult, if impossible. Strip all the wires so the exposed wire is a bit longer than the factory default length - this will help make the connection easier. I then collected 12 wires (like a boquet of flowers). I taped the top in order to keep them together then adjusted length to match by adjusting the wires through the taped section of the boquet. Finally, connect all the wires (there should be 13 total) using the wire nut and electrical tape. Please remember to turn off the breaker so you don't kill yourself before you had the chance to enjoy your new chandelier :) ! - Disassemble the bottom glass unit prior to attaching it to the main body; it is unlikely you will be able to screw the unit into the main body without doing this because of all the wires that will be in your way :) I believe a previous reviewer said they could not attach the bottom unit; but I suspect they were trying to install it as one piece. - Attaching the glass pieces is not very difficult and should take a lot less time compared to all the preceding steps. ;) - I bought 12 - 40 watt halogen chandelier bulbs from Lowes that are purported to shine as bright as 60 watt bulbs. I am happy with the output and no issues with dimming them. Have fun !;;Reviewed in the United States on June 13, 2014;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;Great Value Chandelier;;Gary Armstrong;;;Beautiful chandelier! Upon arrival, we opened the box to find that much of the styrofoam used to pack it was broken and there were little beads of it everywhere. We inspected each item and noticed that 2 of the sockets were broken, though not to the point of being ruined. My husband was able to fix them so we could move forward. Assembly of this beauty takes time. Lots and lots of time. Be patient, work slowly, and use care. Each piece of crystal is glass and so beautiful. It's now up and working beautifully, though there is a slight lean to it.....not sure why that is. My husband assembled and installed this and said if he had anything helpful to say at all, he would recommend better instructions are needed. Hence the reason it's not receiving our 5 star review. I have to agree with the rest of the reviews. It looks absolutely stunning, on par with much, much higher priced chandeliers in the local lighting store. I am an experienced DIYer and took my time assembling, following the steps on the Youtube video in one of the reviews below. It took about two hours to assemble and hang the crystals. I too used bigger wire nuts (ie. T&B red #335 or Marrette red #35) than those supplied. The little white gloves supplied to install the crystals were too small for my hands, so I just used a pair of disposable latex gloves to keep the finger prints off the crystals. I used 25 Watt candelabra bulbs on a standard dimmer switch. At full intensity, this chandelier is very bright. It is super sparkly. My wife has wanted a chandelier for some time and she is very pleased with this one. On a side note, "The Lighting Gallery" has got to be one of the best sellers I have ever encountered on Amazon. They contacted me several times by email just to make sure I was happy and no parts were broken or missing. They have posted instructional videos on Youtube how to assemble the chandelier and a 1-800 number on the shipping box that you can call if you are need any form of assistance. Have fun !

A stunner!
Beautiful chandelier! All in all, we are satisfied and will cherish this piece of art (and it truly is a work of art, not just lighting!) for many years to come.

Chandelier Looks Spectacular, "The Lighting Gallery" seller rocks!
Installed this chandelier in our Victorian themed dining room above a Queen Anne style dining room table. The chandelier came very well packaged and there were no missing or broken parts. I could not be more pleased with this purchase.

i'm in love
Oh my gosh, I procrastinated opening the box, dreading putting the thing together, even contacted Amazon and was approved for a return...Finally talked myself into not being such a dumb-bunny and bit the bullet and started putting it together and realized it was not a big deal. Take all the pieces out and line them up and its a no brainer. Forty five minutes or so and then another 20 or so to hang the "crystals" after the electrician put it up. Its gorgeous and I want one in every room lol
