I initially bought the men's size L, and it fit my chest and shoulders well, but the sleeves and torso were too short. After returning it, I bought size XL, which has perfect length sleeves and torso. However, the torso is too loose and billowy - not like the photograph here on Amazon - for my 6'2", 175-pound athletic frame. I've looked, but I cannot find an athletic fit version - only this "standard fit" one. I really like the fit of the hood. This is a much nicer hoodie than I expected. My Son is about 5'10, 220 pounds. The xxl fit him perfect. It hits at waist when his arms are extended overhead. Neck line isn't real tight. Tshirt, material is thicker than a normal t shirt, but not as thick as a Carhartt tshirt. Hopefully it doesn't shrink when washed/dried. Hoodie looks just like picture.
