The marker they sent acts like permanent marker on the "chalkboard" surface. I tried to unscrew from handle and the handle popped right off the stem. Would not re-purchase.

I put the item on my kegerator. I set it up so the chalk board faced forward and then tightened the nut at the bottom of the tap lever. The brass thread insert became loose after the first pour. I switched it for the other one and it did the same thing. Save your money
