I’m honestly impressed with the quality for the price. It has the perfect balance between soft comfort and firm support. The hybrid design gives a nice cushioned feel on top while still supporting the back throughout the night. I was skeptical at first with buying a mattress without seeing it, but I was and continue to be very impressed with this mattress! It's a bit heavy, but if you have someone to help you, it's not that hard to lift. It was very easy to set up, just unroll the wrapped mattress onto the bed frame, then cut the packaging. When we got it out of the packaging, it expanded almost immediately, but I waited the 12 hours stated for it to fully expand and the bed was very comfortable, more comfortable than my last mattress that was nearly twice the price of this mattress! It's firm, but not rock hard, which is what I was looking for. It has really good support for my back, and I've had less back pain sleeping on this mattress. The edges of the bed also hold up great. One concern I had was that I would feel the springs, but to be honest, I don't feel them at all! For what it's worth, it was very much worth the money spent.

It's like having a hotel bed at home, it's very comfortable, I've been getting really good sleep. It's so comfortable that it makes it hard to get out of bed in the morning. Generous size, great balance between soft and firm. Very well made, great quality, sits nicely on my platform bed frame. Unpacking it was fairly easy for me, I just took my time. It started to expand immediately once I opened the second layer of wrapping.

Corners are a little flimsy but the mattress itself is so firm and plush at the same time. I’ve had the best nights sleep for the past two days!!! I lay on it for a few minutes with no intention of a nap and I’m out like a light because it’s so comfortable! It’s magic in a mattress, really.

I was searching for a medium firm mattress and this one came up. It had the qualities I was looking for at a good price (it was on sale at the time), so I ordered it. I didn’t notice until it was set up that it’s just a medium, not medium firm. It’s in the description, I just misread, so that’s on me. It’s a good mattress for someone wanting a medium mattress. It’s comfortable and the re-enforced edges make it slide free. It was easy to unpack and it didn’t have any odor. Pretty good over all. Still, while it’s a fine product, the mattress was just not firm enough for me. I must say that their customer service was excellent when I called them to return it - which is impressive because it’s not Prime, so I was expecting a big hassle. So that was great!

I’m really happy with this mattress. It arrived well packed in a box and expanded quickly after opening. Within a day it reached its full shape and the initial smell was very light and faded fast. The mattress has a nice medium-firm feel that provides good support while still being comfortable. It contours well and helps relieve pressure on the back and shoulders. I also noticed that it stays fairly cool during the night, which is a big plus. Doesn’t have any noise from movement and the thickness is just right for us. Overall, the quality and comfort exceeded my expectations for the price. I’ve been sleeping very well on it and would definitely recommend it.
