I have been looking for something other than poultry shears to cut 20 pounds of whole chicken every 2 weeks. This thing sliced my cutting time literally in half! The cons....the screw that holds the blade doesn't stay tight and the blade can wiggle a bit. Tightening the screw doesn't do much since your constantly moving the blade, the screw loosens. So I have to move the handle towards the left of the device as I'm cutting downwards so it makes a tighter contact in order to cut the boneless pieces. All in all, I've used it 3 times and I'm enjoying it. It also comes with a blade sharpener, which is a plus when cutting bone.

I was very happy with the fast delivery . However , product arrived in a brown paper box without original packaging . No label , no tag , no name , No model number , no user guide , no booklet . Nothing except For the equipment . It Seems like buyIng stuff at the garage sales without the original packaging, Very disappointed! After contacted the seller , they emailed me an “ universal “ instruction guild right on the next day , but it’s Not the same with the equipment I got . I like their good customer service because of quick response , but I do not like the meat bone cutter . It does not cut Through bone as advertised . I tried to cut a small sparerib , but it did not work . Might be your hand have to be really strong enough to put the pressure on the knife and press it down really hard .

it doesn't works for me i'm ot strong enough to use this item. Deadline to return was yesterday which is Sept 20 . Lst friday i checked what up to UPS is open the next day which last last Sat. When i googled it the store is still open until 400Pm it was closed . Why the info is different from the cp to the what was said in the cp.My item could have been post marked Sept 19 instead . Ihope Amazon will accept the iem even it passed the deadline

Needed a safe and easy way to slice up Bitlong beef jerky and this is it! Was going to injure myself trying to cut Bitlong with a knife but this product makes it easy. Everything feels well-made and solid.

I mainly use it for ribs cutting and at least it works, although it's a little difficult to cut some thick bones (need some force). Overall I like the product. However I do not need another knife sharpener as I already have one. Also I do not have to use the food storage shovel either as I can leave the ribs on the clean table. It would be better to provide options to order those accessories separately to reduce the cost for customers.
