I’m 5’3 and 125 lbs. I got a small because Amazon told me to. It’s super stretchy and super comfy! A little sad the color didn’t match the picture and it’s a little see through, but I would definitely buy again. (I bought 3 different ones). I do love that it’s form fitting whereas a lot of body suits seem to be loose on the back side above the butt. However, the sleeves are a bit short and the fabric is very thin, which requires wearing an undershirt. Despite the downsides, the top is versatile and can be dressed up or down.
