Works perfectly.
Works perfectly, cuts cleanly, easy to use. Others have complained about this product but I found it to work perfectly.

Look for something else. This isn't it.
Die parts are out of spec enough that it won't cut through standard photo paper. Meaning, normal photo paper out of an industry-standard dye sublimation printer.

Worth the wait
My business provides passport photos. We already had a cutter for US passport photos and I was lucky enough to find this on Amazon. It is a perfect addition since we have a lot of customers from Canada. There initially was an issue with the shipment as it was going to be later than promised, but Amazon customer service assured me that I would still be receiving the item and offered a credit for experiencing the issue. It was definitely worth the wait. ... show more

Works great
Needed for an out of country passport photo- no one in town had size I needed. Saved the worry about measuring and cutting and not being exact. Made it easy!

It cuts half of each side.
Time to renew my Canadian passport. Photographer does not have the Canadian size cutter. So I buy it to complete the job. It DOES NOT work properly. Cuts half on two sides, 1/4 on the third side and 2/10th on the last side. Not happy at all.
