Description
This controller offers Throttle, Propeller, Mixture, Flaps and Trim Wheel controls for flight simulators. The controller features push pull controls for each throttle, prop and mixture with True Vernier mixture and prop controls, twist the knobs for fine adjustments, push in the button and pull/pull for large adjustments. The throttle also features a locking nut, twist it to lock the throttle in place. A momentary switch for flaps, push up to raise flaps one notch and push down to lower flaps one notch, the switch auto returns to center. Also features a trim wheel with 10 complete rotations for fine tuning during flight. Includes a desktop mount. No drivers are needed, just calibrate in Windows and bind the controls in the sim. Works in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020/2024 and X-Plane (Mac as well). It should work with any game that uses a joystick/controller in Windows. Does NOT work with Xbox or PS. The controller is 3D printed in mostly ABS with some nylon and PLA plastics and are hand made by me in the USA, includes 10' USB Cable. Dimensions: (Main Body) 12" Long, 6,5" Deep, 2" Tall (Trim section 5" Tall).

Very Close to the Real Thing
I am a student pilot and have been searching for realistic controls for my home sim for a while. I purchased two other throttle control assemblies from larger companies for MUCH more money and I can honestly say they don't even compare. The friction on these controls is so close to the real thing. The vernier adjustment on the mixture is very exact and the push button works well. Friction lock on the throttle is realistic. If I were to recommend any design change at all it would be to make the trim wheel larger to get closer to the real one and a little less friction. Other than that, this is the real deal. Oh, setup was a breeze. No third-party app to install, no windows drivers, just plug and play. For X-Plane 12, all you need to do is calibrate and go. Don't waste your money or time with any other product in my opinion.

Great quality and super realistic feel with X-Plane 12
I’ve been using this Cessna-style USB throttle, flaps, and trim controller with X-Plane 12, and honestly, I’m really impressed. The build feels solid and well-made — not that cheap plastic stuff you see on a lot of sim gear. The push-pull throttle, prop, and mixture levers move smoothly with the right amount of resistance, and the flap switch has a nice click to it. The trim wheel took a minute to get used to, but once you do, it’s super precise. The seller was awesome, too. I had a couple of small questions and they got back to me quickly with clear step-by-step instructions. If you’re into general aviation and want something that actually feels like flying a real Cessna 172 or 182, this thing really nails it. It’s a bit of an investment, but totally worth it for the realism and quality. Would 100% buy again.

Amazing customer service!
Wanted one for a long time and this one works great and is well made. Update: For the price it is very good, however there are some problems. The material used to 3D print the item is great for prototyping, but not great for any part that is put under any strain. The first thing to break was the screw mount to fix the controls in place on the desk. Not really break, just slowly start to crack and separate. I tried different glues to repair but no luck. The fix for this was to velcro it down, which works. The second thing to break was the flap switch. After taking it apart I found that the flap switch is actually a 3D printed square rod attached to two bearings, which is then attached to a toggle switch - very well engineered, however the 3D printed rod separated from the white flap switch. The fix I came up with was to remove the flap switch assembly and simply place the actual toggle switch where the white flap switch had been. Not very elegant but it works. Update #2: After writing the above, the owner reached out to me. After an exchange of emails where I explained what had happened, he was honest and upfront with me as I was with him. REFRESHING!! The problems I had experienced were already fixed, and he told me of his 1 year warranty (which I wasn't even aware of). Given this and the amazing customer service offered, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Cessna Style Throttle!

Everything great except the trim wheel finicky
Trim wheel does not have a constant rate and jumps around on its own. Ended up using up/down switch for trim on my honeycomb yoke. So the trim wheel is unusable. Besides that all the other controls are great. If i wouldve known i wouldve gotten the one without the wheel. Now I have a useless trim wheel taking up space between the tpm and yoke

You know what? This guy is awesome. Fist and foremost, I got it a week earlier than promised. Second, everything works perfectly. Third, it’s solid. Yes, it’s plastic, but the tension on trim and other controls are great. Trust this guy. Buy one and take your sim experience to the next level!

Super reasonably priced solution for realistic flight sim experience! Great customer service!
I want to start off by saying the customer service with this seller is amazing, he did some late night trouble shooting on the sim program I was using, which really had nothing to do with the throttle quadrant he sold me, so it was super nice of him to spend the time helping me adjust my settings to make this work with the flights sim I using. The quadrant itself It’s very nice especially for something that is less than half the price of its competitors. The 3-D printing Is super solid and high resolution, this doesn’t feel like some cheap piece of junk. The clamp system is really well thought out, and sliders feel smooth and extremely realistic. I originally was really was worried I would be unhappy with this and end up eventually ordering a much more expensive unit to get that “real” feeling, but honestly I am so happy with the thought hasn’t crossed my mind since receiving it. I’m using this to help fine-tune some of my skills as I am currently taking lessons to get my real pilots license and training in a Cessna 172, which is why I wanted this particular throttle quadrant set up, and frankly this is perfect for it!

If you're on the fence, just get it. it helps so much.
I ordered this to help me practice muscle memory for a Cessna 172 checkride for my private pilot license. it is absolutely amazing. the first one I got delivered from amazon was faulty so I was bummed but I emailed the biz owner, Shawn, on a Sunday night expecting he would get back to me in 24 hours or so. Nope! he replied back in 5 minutes! He sent a new one out Monday morning with a return label to ship back the faulty one from amazon that they likely tossed around their warehouse. This is an awesome throttle/trim/flap controller and does a great job of replicating the haptics of a real Cessna 172. I highly recommend it and I have never experienced such responsive service from any company let a lone a sole owner/operator business. A+

Excellent Product
This was my second time ordering a Flight Sim Stuff product, and my experience was even better than the first time (which was pretty great!) First, the controller functions perfectly (very close to the performance and feel of the C172 I fly) and has a tidy, streamlined look. I upgraded the trim wheel to the one that has more turns of the wheel, and what a difference. It feels so realistic to me. An "Alpha+" all around!
