Pillow has greatly improved my sleeping. Previously, I used a wedge pillow because I cough during the night. But sleeping on a wedge pillow was often challenging. ((I slid down.) This pillow allows me to sleep on my back or side, and because the front and back of the "butterfly"-shaped pillow are raised, I do not cough during the night. It is very comfortable and cool. Fits easily on queen-size bed. Foam is firm, but not too hard as some other cervical pillows are. Especially like recessed center portion for head. And the price is great for an excellent pillow.

First thoughts on the pillow was how soft and cold the thing was, it really was comfortable. I used it for a couple nights and so far I can definitely feel the change in my sleep. If your looking for a very comfortable pillow that stays cool this is definitely going to hit all the boxes. I also really like the indent in the middle, I use it to lay down on my hand but it also doubles as a hole so I am not laying directly on my earrings. In all this is a must buy fs!
