So my only complaint is the pillow cover came torn from the box which I really dislike so now I’ll have to replace it at some point, as far as comfort level it was incredibly comfortable and it was a little high but I took out the base pad and it was at a perfect height, I didn’t like the smell but I been venting it and it should be gone fully soon. I love the support of the pillow and it’s semi firm not to soft it retains its shape, it’s so hard for me to fall asleep, but with this pillow I dozed away so fast and I slept so well.
