This pillow supports both back and side sleeping while preventing neck pain. It came vacuum sealed and well packaged. Typically when switching pillows I suffer through headaches and a stiff neck for a few days but that didn't occur when switching to this pillow. It is a cool comfort pillow with support needed in areas to give you a great night's sleep. It relieves the discomfort in my neck and lower back while I’m in a resting position. It’s well made and the foam feels as if it will last. Highly recommend. Best neck support pillow out there.

Takes cervical neck pillows to another level! Have used a cervical pillow for a long time but always got too hot during the night keeping me awake. Ordered this cooling pillow and used it as soon as it arrived. Very happy with the cooling effect along with the neck benefits it provides with the unique design. This pillow is also unique in having two heights so it is able to be used by both my wife and myself as one sleeps on her back and I am a side sleeper. The removable and washable pillow case is a nice bonus, no need to purchase a separate custom pillow case. Highly reccomend this pillow for neck and back pain.

Just got this pillow a few days ago. First - no weird smells like I’ve had with other pillows made if similar material. That’s an immediate show stopper for me. Opened it up and it got to full size in moments. No days-long wait for it to expand. Once we checked those boxes …. I’m a back sleeper with some side to side tossing and turning. Slept like a rock these first few nights. The pillow’s firm and kept my head / neck in a better position. Not feeling that stiffness I’m so accustomed to when waking up in the morning. Haven’t had the courage to ask the wife if there’s any change in my (her words) “obnoxious snoring” that keeps her up at night, but at least I’m sleeping better.

This pillow is the best thing I’ve bought in a long time. I’ve always had trouble sleeping because my neck would hurt and I’d get too hot, but this pillow fixes both. The cooling part really works, and my neck doesn’t hurt anymore. My wife and I both use it because it has two heights, and she sleeps on her back while I sleep on my side. The cover comes off so you can wash it, which is nice because I spilled coffee on it once and just threw it in the washer. No more waking up sweaty or sore. If you’re looking for a good pillow, this is it.
