I’ve never encountered such an issue with ski socks! The way these are textured a stripe with the least padding is aligned with the ski boot tongue. We went on a long skiing trip and I was excited to try a new pair of socks. By the end of my first day skiing I was in awful pain along the ankles, and readjusting the boots didn’t help. When I finally took off the socks, there was a line of tiny blisters exactly aligning with the not padded stripe of fabric (on the photo, and sorry for sharing it!) I went to talk to someone in a ski shop to check if there was an issue with my boots and they told my right away that the problem was with the socks and the way they were designed. Which was my guess, too, as I never had an issue with the boots before when using usual socks. This is ridiculous, as this product is supposed to be designed specifically for skiing! I had to use compeed blister bandaids all over my legs to be able to continue skiing on my trip. It’s been a week since we’ve returned, and my legs have not completely healed yet. I have difficulty wearing any shoes that go higher than my ankle. If you’re trying to decide whether you should get a pair of these for your next ski trip, please, save yourself and don’t.

I wear a women's size 8 1/2 - 9. Bought the Large because most socks are too small or too tight. These socks are the best investment I have made. Not only do they fit perfectly, but they're knee high and comfortable. They're so awesome that my daughter's wanted them. I had to reorder. Thank you for such wonderful, comfortable socks!

I bought these as a gift for a friend who likes to ski/snowboard. He stated they were very warm but didn't make his feat sweat. And he did not need to overlap these socks without socks to keep warm. I would buy these again.

Used these socks on a recent ski trip to Canada where the temp with wind chill reached -15 and my feet were warm. Not toasty. But I tubed and rode w roller coaster and was warm for a few hours at a time. They're great!

I was happy with theses socks the first time I tried them on all day they felt great until I tried to get on my ski boot usually I just slip right in like a shoe but these didn’t slip in easily I had to open my boot as wide as it can go to get it in there the fabric must be mixed with something to make it stick otherwise there are great socks a little big but comfortable

Loved these! I bought them for myself to go skiing as they were the most affordable I could find. I'm a woman who wears a size 5 - 6 US shoe and these socks designed for men shoe 7-10.5 US Size fit and felt great! Would recommend and would buy again.
