I love this pillow. Since I got it and I’ve been using it to sleep I no longer wake up with headaches or neck pain. It’s cool and there’s a very ergonomic design. It retains it shape. I can’t say enough about how fabulous this pillow is it is made such a difference in my sleeping and with how I wake up I love this pillow so much. I bought one for each of my family. I have been using the same old pillow design. I have been trying to stop sleeping on my side and furthering damaging my shoulder. This pillow is ergonomically designed. It helps me stay facing up and even when I sleep on my side, it keeps my neck and spine aligned. More space for my shoulder and no neck strain like other pillows. You can open the case, with a zipper on the back to wash. A good purchase! Minor personal preference but I just wish it wasn't white or if it came in other color.

In whatever position you sleep in, this pillow is super comfortable. Sometimes with my old pillow, I would wake up in the morning with a sore neck. But those days are over with this pillow. The neck support for this pillow is incredible. This pillow was a game changer for me from the first night I slept on it. I can’t recommend this pillow highly enough.

Honestly not a pillow for me. I bought two of them one for me and one for my wife. My wife absolutely live the pillow she said her pain in her shoulders is gone and she feels great when she wakes up. For me on the other hand it’s the exact opposite. The first like 3 nights I felt very well rested but I move around a lot when I sleep and this pillow causes me tones of lower back pain. I wake up and I hurt so bad. I wish it worked for me like to did for my wife but it’s on back to traditional pillow I go.

Works great. My neck feel so much better when I use this pillow instead of a regular pillow. I like the contour for your arms to rest easily if you like to sleep with your arms up by your head. Overall I am very happy.

It is comfortable in sense of just the right amount of firmness. Its about the size of a regular pillow and the height is okay, but maybe just a little too high. My son who is a side sleeper said it wasn't as comfortable for him to sleep, but good for when he has his earphones in watching a movie since it dips in the center. My son who sleeps on his back likes the pillow. The pillows opened easy and fluffed out quickly. There was no smell when opening the package. The dips on the side really weren't enough for my arms. If you're use to scrunching up with your pillow, this pillow won't be easy to use.
