I suffer from degenerative disc disease. I can be in agony one day, fine the next, it’s a never ending cycle. One day while in the yard, I hurt my neck by turning my head to fast. The pain would not go away. I knew it was time to get something so I could at least rest. I hadn’t bought a pillow for back and neck problems before, but I kinda knew what I wanted, so I set out looking an found this one. I read about it, the reviews, etc, decided it was the one. It took 2 days to reach me, by that time I had been in so much pain I had almost reached my limit. I wiped it off, put a pillow case on it, got in bed, the relief was almost immediate. The next morning I could not believe I had actually slept a few hours straight. I laid on the pillow for days straight getting my pain under control. It really worked. I do not lay on it all the time, I want it to stay new, so it works to same next time. It has multiple times. I love this pillow and highly recommend it, though it may not fix you like it did me. The quality is excellent, the softness…well, the cover is soft, but the make of the pillow is firm, what I needed, it held my neck in the proper position so I could rest, and gain relief.

I was skeptical at first with this pillow but I can honestly say that it has helped my right sided neck pain. It takes a few nights to get used to it and occasionally I will wake up with ear pain from compression of my outer ear because it is fairly firm. It doesn’t feel hot at all. Overall I would say it’s done a good job and value for money. I find it comfortable for side or back sleeping.

I really like the way it fits my head and neck. Works for both lying on my back or side. Using this along with my CPAP has helped me sleep much better. Very soft and seems cool throughout the night. probably had it for 6 months or so and its holding up great. Seems to help my neck not hurt as much.

If i don't move and sleep exactly in the middle of this pillow, it seems to help with the overall tension i usually experience. But if you toss and turn, or fall asleep the wrong way you may experience more aches and end up sitting this pillow aside like I did. My daughter loves her exact same pillow, and did warn me on an adjustment period. Its very well made, but it isn't a miracle worker for me. Decent price.

I bought a similar pillow and returned it after 2 nights because it kept me awake and was so uncomfortable. This pillow came with a card on it saying to give it 2 weeks in order to feel a difference. I'm so glad for that card! It took a full week to get used to the pillow. But 1 month later I can't believe the difference. I am a 50yr old female with bulging cervical discs. Since using this pillow - I can often sleep through the night (still have menopause and can't fix that). I used to wake all the time with numbness/tingling in my fingers/hand - that hardly ever happens anymore. I used to wake with terrible headaches due to neck pain - gone!!!! My initial complaint was that the pillow wasn't comfortable - it isn't what I would choose. But now that I'm used to, I find it very comfortable. My rave review is because it has made a tremendous difference to how I feel in the morning!!

This worked out better than I had expected. It took several nights to get used to it, as the seller suggested, so don't give up after one night. My main issue at first was that I switch from one side to the other frequently when sleeping and your head needs to be in the center of the pillow, so I had to reposition my head every time I rolled over. After a few nights I became accustomed to the pillow and apparently (not sure as this happens while I'm asleep) have been able to adjust the way I switch sides so that this is no longer necessary. I also used to sleep with an arm tucked under my neck for extra support, but that is no long needed with this pillow as it provides just the right amount of support for my neck, so I had to figure out where to put that arm. I put the pillow in a regular pillow case which impedes the ability to tuck an arm in the groove provided on either side of the pillow, which struck me as kind of weird and awkward even without the pillowcase. I am used to always having to readjust or reshape my pillow during the night, but as this pillow seems to be the perfect shape for me, and doesn't lose that shape, readjustments are no longer necessary, Also happy that this pillow wasn't as expensive as other similar pillows, but stilled performs beautifully! I highly recommend!
