I’ve had this pillow for a couple of months now. I bought it as I was having neck pain and stiffness after waking up. I was using a bigger, thicker, memory foam pillow to sleep. This pillow cradles the back of my neck perfectly. I would say it’s half way between fully soft and fully firm. It has held its shape over the past 2 months as it did when I first got it. The design is nice in that I’m able to rotate it depending on if I’m sleeping on my back, or sleeping on my side. It’s not too thin or too thick. No strange smell. My morning neck pain and stiffness has completely resolved. If they ever stop making this pillow when it’s time for me to replace it, I’ll be sad! The price was also super great. I was not expecting such a nice quality pillow for the price I paid.

I absolutely love this pillow! I can tell it helps my alignment and it offers excellent support without sagging or forcing me to sleep in an uncomfortable position. There is no smell or odor whatsoever, and the thickness is perfect for side sleeping or sleeping on my back. The pain relief is credible; my shoulders and neck feel so much better! My only suggestion is that it be a bit wider.

I've only been a week into using this pillow. I'm still trying to get used to it, but my head really does rest beautifully into the pillow. I saw my massage therapist today. He was not aware that I've been using it. He noticed that my problem areas on my neck were not bound up and I didn't react to those problem areas as I did before. I told him about the pillow and we both are thinking this pillow is helping my neck issues. I like how I can just roll over to the side sleeper section of the pillow without needing to adjust or fluff it.
