I had the previous generation of this pillow and loved it, but this updated version has truly taken things to the next level. I've been using it for several nights now and can honestly say it’s a game-changer for my sleep and neck pain. The memory foam is incredibly supportive without being too firm. but firmer than the last one. I also really like the two height options on either side — I’ve been experimenting to see which feels best, and it’s great to have that flexibility. I tend to sleep warm, but this pillow has kept me cool and comfortable, even on warmer nights. Overall, I’m super impressed. This is a major upgrade from an already great pillow. If you're dealing with neck pain or just want better sleep support, this is absolutely worth trying!

Very uniquely shaped and effective pillow. It has real memory foam where it takes a second or two to return to shape. Too often others claim to be memory foam, but they behave like regular foam and immediate pop back in original shape. This pillow delivers on it's claim. It is comfortable, quality memory foam that has an indentation for your head to rest so that it properly supports your head and neck without being uncomfortable. Also, for side sleepers it has grooves on the sides to give you room to rest your hand/arm. This is a comfortable pillow. I sleep on my sides and sometimes back and it works for both. The cover is also great feeling and the overall pillow itself looks and feels high quality. I really like this pillow.

I have neck and upper back tension, and this pillow is a great way to relax for me. It's really ergonomically set up, and it aligns perfectly with my neck so it feels really supported. The pillow is mostly firm and provides a LOT of support, which I appreciate, because my normal bedroom pillow is also very firm. It's thick as well, and it's really comfortable to sleep on. It's really great for those with neck/shoulder tension, but honestly, if you like a firm pillow, it would be great for anyone who wants a more ergonomic way to rest. I really enjoy this pillow and would highly recommend it!
