Recently I have experience back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, I have taken med, went to see doctors, chiropractor, massage therapist, none of them seems to get the pain to go away, I decided I need a better pillow for my neck so I looked up orthopedic pillow and found this. I mean why not i tried everything and the pain is still there. I bought this based on the good review . It arrived in a clear plastic rolled up inside, upon opening it will unroll itself. The pillow have a good weight to it, it is a good size that will cover your head from center or when you roll over to sleep on the side. The memory foam itself is very nice its not too firm or soft but firm enough to support your neck and head which gives you comfort. The moment you put your head on it you can feel that the fabric is cool to touch which would help you sleep. There is two height on the pillow if you turn it around, you will just have to see which side you like better. The pillow case have a zipper on the bottom which you can take the memory foam out and wash the cover itself which is very nice. The pillow itself is very good quality and very sturdy, I slept with this pillow for 1 night and when I woke up I can tell its working because my pain is much less than the day before and my neck just feel like its more natural in its own spot. Even if you don't have any pain, I recommend this pillow to help keep your body sleep naturally the way it should for good posture. I am going to more so everyone in my family will have one.

I bought this because I noticed I was having several breathing disturbances throughout the night with my Oura ring. The pillow is really comfortable for side sleeping and back sleeping. With a slight angle, it keeps my head propped up and supported throughout the night. I’ve been using this for several weeks, and the breathing disturbances have improved and my neck pain and morning headaches have subsided. I wish I would have thought to buy this sooner.

I had to replace my bed, and doing so brought to my attention that my pillow was overdue for replacing as well. I bought a pillow in a similar shape to this that was just awful, so had to get a *different* new one. I was a bit hesitant, worried this would be the same stiff, hard as a rock thing as the last one I bought. But the shape is so promising for my side/stomach sleeper self, and after reading some reviews, decided to give this a try. And oh, was that the right choice. Straight out of the box I knew this pillow is exactly what I had been looking for. It is so soft, the memory foam is the exact right amount of give and cushyness. The pillowcase it comes with is so silky and smooth too. I’ve been sleeping amazingly with this pillow. It provides the perfect amount of space for me to sleep on my side to keep my shoulder/arm from getting pinched, yet keeps my neck in a good position. Definitely worth it!!

I was very sceptical when I ordered this pillow. I have a difficult time finding a pillow that's comfortable so I was extremely happy with the way it seemed to fit me. I toss and turn due to arthritis but I don't have to readjust my pillow each time. I can sleep on my left side or my right and for the first time in years it's comfortable sleeping on my back! I am so happy with the quality and the way it supports my neck. I don't wake with a stiff neck in the mornings! I'm thinking about buying a couple for gifts. It would be more than worth the money If this pillow can give them a good night's sleep. The removable cover is convenient and functional. What a great value!

I enjoy the shape of the pillow, and it’s very comfortable. However, even the lower height side is too thick for me. When I sleep on my side it causes pain in my mid back that results in a poor night sleep. Also, I haven’t noticed a difference in my sleep apnea. When I sleep on my back it cocks my head forward. We have a saatva mattress topper, which I think creates extra drop from the pillow. I wish they offered more height options.

Nice support for sleeping in all positions. Initially firmer than expected (compared to previous old traditional pillows that sink over time) but memory foam is soft and cradles the head and neck well during slumber. Sides are good for being embraced by arms when needed. Less fixing pillows through the night to avoid random soreness in the morning. Good support so far. Aired out for a day before use and all was good.
