This one turned out to be of a very good quality winch the cables that came with it were insulated and shrink wrapped. I received my winch and took my jeep to have it and numerous other parts professionally installed. I dropped it off on Monday morning and I checked on it the Wednesday of the next week and I noticed rust on the clutch release switch and some of the bolts that keeps the gear cover on. This was only a week because the bumper and winch weren't installed until the Wednesday prior. When the winch clutch is disengaged it is kinda hard to pull out the winch line, but hopefully that will loosen with time. Looks absolutely amazing with my bumper and grill though.

Don’t need the winch that much but I have to have one when I need it in the car hauler, very well-built unit Comparable to winches two to $250 more like rope for my situation better than cable. Received it very fast packaged well in good condition would recommend

Product arrived and the stickers are falling off. Contacted seller, but they did nothing regarding that. It just looks like garbage...just what I wanted on the front of my jeep a garbage looking winch. Upon install I noticed that the synthetic winch line was frayed...at least they sent me a new winch line to replace that. The remote seems very clunky. There is also an issues, or what I consider an issue with the free spool switch. It has to be in just the right spot or the winch free spools. It is a very poor switch design. Asked company about it and they said that is normal. Overall, I'm torn...how hard is it to send out a dang sticker. Haven't used the winch yet and am thoroughly considering returning it. Overall, you get what you pay for and this is quite underwhelming.
