The sun is setting, the weariness of my old age is setting in, and I've got some mild arthritis in my neck. I've always used two pillows, and invariably one is too hard or too high or too soft, or to flat. Crawling into bed exhausted and having my head and neck skrunched or flopping around is really uncomfortable. This pillow is just amazing! It's medium to firm density, unimaginably comfortable, it was odor free when opened (I let it air out for a day anyway). It literally cradles and cushions my head and neck, whether I'm sleeping on either side or on my back. I have absolutely no neck pain upon awakening. It's simply a WONDERFUL product. I would repurchase it and recommend it to friends.

I’ve tried a lot of pillows over the years, and this is one of the few that actually made a noticeable difference. The contour memory foam gives great support for the neck and shoulders, especially for side sleeping. It keeps my head aligned properly instead of sinking too deep or feeling too stiff. The cooling feature is also a big plus. I tend to sleep warm, and this pillow stays comfortable throughout the night without constantly flipping it over looking for the “cold side.” The foam feels supportive but still soft enough to relax into. What I like most is that it works well no matter how I sleep — side, back, or even stomach sleeping occasionally. Sleep quality genuinely improved, and I wake up feeling less sore and more rested. It’s one of those purchases where you realize your old pillow was absolutely fighting against you every night.

I like this pillow a lot! I've been using it a few weeks now and it has cleared up the neck issues I was having! I didn't think it would but decided to try it anyway. It took a while to adjust to a different style of pillow, but it has the perfect support and seems to be well made with durable memory foam. I also like that it is not stiff and I can mold it to make it the most comfortable while I fall asleep knowing the support will be there as I may move around while asleep.

So i was needing a new pillow since mine was starting to give me some neck pain from flattening out over time. I purchased the Polovo because of its dual size and the fact that it was good for side/back and allowed for a cool touch. I wasn't disappointed. First - the pillow is very soft. Feels like a little angel once it's popped out of its plastic prison. It does have a little bit of an odor upon opening, but the seller states that will be the case and recommends a 24 hour air-out period. I took the pillow out of its case, washed the case, and decided to leave the pillow itself outside for 8 hours and then inside for the rest of the 24. The odor was gone. The case feels very cool, as in temperature. Popped it back on and went for a good night sleep. I like to use my own pillow case on the case provided, but I could still feel the coolness of the pillow inside, which was nice. I'm sure if you just slept on the pillow as it comes, it would be even cooler. I tried the large side first, and I think as stated in the instructions, your body needs some time to get used to the change in sleeping position. It felt good when on my side, but when on my back it was a bit high. So I spun it around and used the lower side, and I didn't wake up again until morning. I like the curvature of the pillow, looking straight down at it, it has an arc in the shape. this allows you to move your head and still land on the pillow as compared to rectangle pillows where you move your head and you are falling off the pillow. So all in all a 5. Great dual sized sides, nice curve to cover head movement, soft but firm enough to provide support, and an odorless experience after 24 hours air-out (dont forget to wash the zipper cover). Longevity? We will see. Can't tell without putting some miles on it. But it seems like a great choice.

This pillow is great, exactly as advertised—except it didn’t take any time to get used to it. My neck felt better after the first night. It felt very soft (I normally sleep with a down pillow), but it didn’t go flat on me like down. I am a back and side sleeper, and it is wide enough to work for both with no pillow-punching required. While I prefer the tallest ridge, one can actually use the back of the pillow for two more (even shallower) ridges than advertised, so it’s really quite versatile. Best feature: it’s NOT HOT like so many foam pillows I’ve tried. I put a percale pillowcase over the silky one and could feel the cooling effect through it. This is a luxury for an old Texas gal in mid-July! The only problem I am having is that my bed partner keeps stealing it, so now I have to buy another.

Nice cover. Foam has no support. Wife and I both tried to find a position where our necks weren't being shoved into our chests. The very reason for the purchase, was to support neck, spine, head. It does none of them. Although nice for between my legs, supports the hips better than neck. Hoping for an impact in sleep quality. Maybe next time.
