I have been using another neck pillow which although good, was close to 10 years old so it's time to retire it. This one is not only just as good but even better! My original pillow didn't have the cooling effect that this one had which everyone knows is part of a great night's sleep. The area on the side that allows my hands to rest is also a major bonus! I have been using a soft floppy pillow next to my pillow to achieve the same thing. This is much better and takes up much less space. I appreciate the ability to remove and wash the case too. I have been sleeping on my back lately because my shoulder is uncomfortable when I wake up. This has allowed a good night's sleep on my side once again. It is also comfortablebto sleep on my back since my head is gently cradled with the indent in the center. Now, the best part is that it works very well with my cpap mask! The area on the edge that creates wings, allows the hose to easily hang down without creating any issues. Overall, this is very well made and supportive for any sleep position. I am glad to have found this one. It makes giving up my old pillow much easier.

The first few nights I tried this pillow I couldn’t get comfortable, so at first I didn’t like it and kept switching back to my typical pillow in the middle of the night. BUT I kept reading how great these kind of pillows are for your neck pain so I kept trying it and I LOVE it now. It’s definitely a pillow you have to get use to because it’s not like a typical pillow you lay your head on and it’s weird feeling at first. But now wake up without neck pain and love using this pillow! It’s also great that you can take this cover off to wash it and it’s easy to put back on.

I ordered this pillow to help with neck pain. It has taken a little getting used to because it is pretty flat compared to the fluffy pillows I’ve been using. That being said, I think it is helping. It very comfortable when sleeping on my back and sides. It doesn’t really work great for stomach sleeping but I’m trying to break that habit anyway. The shipping was fast. There is no smell to the pillow and it comes with a removable/washable cover. I can’t speak to longevity because I haven’t had it very long but it seems to be high quality.

So I'm kind of torn on this pillow. One the one hand, it looks odd and doesn't seem to be made with a pillowcase in mind. It's comfortable, but not amazingly so. However, I'm a side sleeper and I used to have frequent neck pain with regular and even memory foam pillows. Since I've started using this pillow, my neck pain is nowhere near as frequent as it used to be. It used to hurt just turning my head to drive and now I barely notice it unless I try to turn my head as far as I can. It also seems to stay pretty cool while using, which is handy because flipping this pillow over isn't really an option. If you have neck pain and can spring $30ish for this pillow, I say give it a shot.

I’ve recently purchased this pillow bc my old pillow was beginning to feel uncomfortable. I alternate between sleeping on my back and side and found myself tossing and turning through the night with my old pillow. It’s only been a few nights with this pillow and so far my tossing and turning has been less. I thought at first that the neck support might get uncomfortable at times, but I don’t wake up with neck or shoulder pain and I find the pillow supportive and comfortable for when I sleep on my back and side. It isn’t too firm or too soft and is right in between with just enough support and thickness for side sleepers. There was no odd odor when I first received it, which I noticed on other pillows I’ve purchased in the past. It’s a good price for the quality and service provided. I would recommend this pillow and haven’t found anything I don’t like about it yet.

I got this pillow to try after waking up daily wirk a sore neck and shoulder. I had rotator cuff surgery where it was completely detached which means it was more severe. My 13 old son tried this and liked it so much that I'm having to order one for myself. My son has sleeping issues and I have tried many different things to help him sleep, that have failed. This pillow is like magic! He sleeps through the night and you can tell when he wakes up he looks so refreshed. He has adhd and I'm thinking who knew a pillow could make that much difference on a kid. I'm glad I got it even though I didn't get a turn to try it. To me it was more important for him to get the sleep he so desperately needed and now he'll sleep until10 some days. The height is great for my son who is a little shorter than others his age. He loves the memory foam and will hug it when he sleeps. This morning he told me he gel asleep in the couch for 5 hours and woke up and was still able to fall asleep instantly with this pillow. Normally if he woke up in the night he would be up for hours. I can't comment on the pain or back support because he doesn't have any problem with them. He has been using it for about 2 weeks now. I'm hoping him getting some good sleep will help him grow now. This is not a paid review or AI.

I bought it and loved it for the first 4 nights. I ordered 3 more right away because I thought it was so good, for my mom and my children. However, my mom and my children all really disliked the pillow. They said it caused neck pain. They were all maybe a little small for the pillow. I loved it initially but then less and less as time went on. I DO say it has helped with alignment though. I am a hardcore side sleeper and this pillow has helped. I experience less lower back pain and stiffness during the night and upon rising. I love the silky feel of the pillow cover ( you don't use a normal pillow case if you want to use the side arm design). I would probably still recommend it if you haven't tried a side sleeper pillow before because the price is very good.
