I switch between side and back sleeping, and it adapts perfectly to both positions without losing support. This is our 2nd purchase since I fell in love with it, then my husband wanted one to. Best pillow we've had. I was tossing all night long trying to un-bury my face on the regular pillows. Also the case is almost like sleeping on ice its so smooth and cool. Saw a sheet set of the same material & my buy them for the summer I love the feel so much. I also like that u can use all varying sides of the pillow to suit ur position. Worth the $$ for a good nights sleep. Im a real person doing a real review. I have tried quite a few pillows, and this pillow has honestly the best and comfortable, no matter how I sleep. Whether I am on my back, side, or even shifting positions during the night, the pillow seems to work well and keep my neck properly aligned. For back sleeping, the contour supports the natural curve of the neck without feeling too firm. When I turn to my side, there’s enough height and support to keep my spine straight, which has noticeably reduced stiffness in the morning.
