I’ve been pleasantly surprised with this pillow. I saw some not great reviews so was a little concerned, but I’ve had great luck with it. I find it high enough to give my neck and shoulder good support (as a side sleeper). For me, the trick is to move my head toward the end of pillow - when turned to the left, move closer to the left edge and vice versa. That is the highest point of the pillow. I’ve never slept with my head dead center unless I fall asleep while on my back. So, for me, the thickness has always been more than sufficient - might be in the center too, I’ve just never used it that way. I think the shape and style of the pillow actually makes it more versatile than the highly configured cervicals I’ve used. I also like that it has a lower side and higher side for flexibility / adjustability. I’m able to use a standard silk pillow case with it - which I love, and aesthetically it looks a little nicer on the bed than the highly configured pillows as well. I’ll report back if I have durability issues, but so far it seems to hold its shape great and seems like it will last as long as any other cervical pillow I’ve used. I’m really happy with this purchase - got it on sale and it was half the price of most cervical pillows. I think it’s a great value, and would recommend for comfort and neck / shoulder support. Getting nice, restful sleep with it.

I have struggled with severe neck and shoulder pain for years, often waking up multiple times a night due to discomfort. After countless pillows and endless searching, I can confidently say this is the one. From the very first night, I noticed an incredible difference. I finally slept through the night with little to no pain or interruptions. The pillow is firm but not too firm it provides excellent support while still feeling soft and comfortable. I love that it has two distinct sides: • The side with the cylindrical ridge gently massages and relieves tension in the neck. • The side with the center dip perfectly cradles your head and aligns your spine in such a soothing way. Another bonus, it stays cool all night! The breathable cover and memory foam keep you comfortable without overheating. At around $40, this pillow is worth every penny. I’m so impressed that I plan to buy more as Christmas gifts for my parents and siblings. After years of dealing with pain from past car accidents, I can honestly say this pillow has reduced my daily discomfort more than anything else I’ve tried. With continued use, I’m confident my neck pain will only improve further. If you’re hesitant, don’t be. This pillow has truly changed my quality of sleep and helped me wake up without pain for the first time in years. Highly recommend!

I was very hesitant to get this type of non-conventional pillow, because I was afraid it would be too hard. It is more firm than I expected, but it turned out to be the pillow I have needed my whole life. I fall asleep on my side, but sleep most of the night on my back, and this pillow is perfect. Gives me great support when I'm on my side and is very comfortable as a back sleeper. I've been really picky about pillows all my adult life, getting new pillows every 2 years, and I kept ending up with pillows that didn't support my neck. Turns out, this is the one I needed. Love it!!

Love this pillow. Hate it a little too. Okay guys, here's the thing. I love this pillow, it is amazing and keeps my neck and shoulders from hurting at night. It has a side sleeper option as well as back sleeper and stomach sleeper option. So long as I am following the instructions. If i move to far off path of the instruction I go straight back to my neck and shoulders hurting. So long as I remember how I am supposed to sleep in this thing I will do great! More comfy sleepy nights.

After struggling with restless nights and waking up with constant neck tension, I decided to give the Ulumoon Cervical Pillow a try, and I’m honestly amazed at the difference it has made. From the very first night, I noticed how well the pillow molded to the shape of my head and shoulders. Instead of tossing and turning to get comfortable, I finally felt properly supported, which allowed me to fall asleep more quickly and stay asleep throughout the night. One of the biggest changes has been the relief from neck pain. I used to wake up feeling stiff and achy, but now I get out of bed without that lingering discomfort. Another unexpected benefit is that my snoring has decreased dramatically—something my partner noticed right away and is very grateful for! Came exactly as expected, have been using this pillow now for 2 months and I have had the best sleep I can remember. I no longer wake up with head or neck pain. It has held its form very well so far too. Most pillows I've used in the past begin to flatten out and lose support within a few weeks to a month. I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend for anyone needing something with great comfort and support that can ease neck/head pain and give a great night's rest!

I think this pillow would be perfect for some people. I was really intrigued by the center “dip” because my ears always hurt being a side sleeper. I guess I have a heavy head because it didn’t hold up for me. I did like the option of the other side being fuller and it is comfortable but just not what I’m looking for. For the price, I think it would be good for some.
